Abstract

A parquet panel with a tongue and groove edge profile comprises a projecting tongue (14) on at least one edge of the parquet panel (10, 12) and a recessed groove (16) on at least one opposite edge of the parquet panel. The tongue (14) has on the upper side a projecting locking bar (24) running in the longitudinal direction of the tongue, and on the underside of the upper groove cheek (28) delimiting the groove there is a corresponding locking groove (26) running in the longitudinal direction of the groove ) intended.
