Description
- la figure 1 est une vue de côté schématique d'une lance à incendie conforme à l'invention, cette lance étant fixée à l'extrémité libre d'un tuyau d'alimentation en eau ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en bout, avec arrachement partiel, du dispositif de sécurité de la lance visible sur la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de côté schématique du dispositif de sécurité, montrant le papillon dans sa position d'ouverture, l'eau circulant sans à-coup dans la lance à incendie ;
- la figure 4 est une vue analogue à la figure 3, mais montrant le dispositif de sécurité après la production d'un coup de bélier par l'eau circulant dans la lance, celle-ci ayant reculé à partir de sa position d'origine représentée en traits mixtes ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 3, mais montrant le dispositif de sécurité lorsque le papillon est dans sa position de fermeture, la position d'origine de la lance étant encore représentée en traits mixtes.
Claims (9)
- Lance à incendie comportant un dispositif de sécurité (1) pour l'empêcher de se déplacer sous l'action de l'eau assurant son alimentation, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sécurité comprend un corps tubulaire (3) destiné à être raccordé à un tuyau d'alimentation en eau (2), un papillon (5) comprenant deux tourillons coaxiaux (6) montés pivotants sur le corps tubulaire (3), sur un axe horizontal s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction d'écoulement de l'eau, le papillon étant déplaçable à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire entre une position d'ouverture dans laquelle il autorise la circulation de l'eau et une position de fermeture dans laquelle il limite cette circulation, un levier de commande extérieur (7) solidaire de l'un des tourillons (6), et un déclencheur (8) porté par le levier de commande (7) et s'appuyant contre le sol en maintenant le papillon (5) dans sa position d'ouverture lorsque le levier de commande exerce sur lui, sous l'action de l'eau circulant sur le papillon, une force verticale dirigée vers le bas.
- Lance à incendie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps tubulaire (3) est traversé par l'axe de pivotement des tourillons (6).
- Lance à incendie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le corps tubulaire (3) a une section transversale circulaire et est traversé diamétralement par l'axe de pivotement des tourillons (6).
- Lance à incendie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie (5a) du papillon (5) qui est en amont de l'axe de pivotement des tourillons (6), par rapport à la direction d'écoulement de l'eau, est dirigée vers le bas.
- Lance à incendie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une butée (9) qui, lorsque l'eau ne circule pas, maintient le papillon (5) dans une position de repos dans laquelle le déclencheur (8) est éloigné du sol.
- Lance à incendie selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la butée (9) est portée par la partie (5b) du papillon (5) qui est en aval de l'axe de pivotement des tourillons (6), par rapport à la direction d'écoulement de l'eau, et s'appuie contre la face interne du corps tubulaire (3) pour maintenir le papillon (5) dans sa position de repos.
- Lance à incendie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le levier de commande (7) est pourvu d'un orifice (10) parallèle à l'axe de pivotement des tourillons (6) tandis que le déclencheur (8) comporte une tige (8a) se terminant par un crochet (8b) enfilé dans l'orifice du levier de commande.
- Lance à incendie selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la tige (8a) comporte à son extrémité opposée au crochet (8b) un embout (8c) prenant appui contre le sol lorsque le papillon (5) est en position d'ouverture.
- Lance à incendie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le levier de commande (7) comprend une poignée de manoeuvre (11) à son extrémité opposée au déclencheur (8), la poignée de manoeuvre s'étendant vers le haut lorsque le papillon (5) est dans sa position d'ouverture.
