Darüber hinaus kann bei Ausfall des Datenübertragungsweges zum Großrechner ein eingeschränkter Betrieb aufrechterhalten werden. Die Funktionalität im eingeschränkten Betrieb hängt dabei wesentlich davon ab, welche Daten und Prozesse dezentral im Personal Computer des Auskunftsplatzes integriert sind. Im Zuge der Offenbarung sei darauf hingewiesen, daß durch die zunehmende Einbindung von Sprachdaten in die Computer- Datennetze nicht zwingenderweise ein Unterschied zwischen den Datenprotokollen des Telekommunikationsnetzes und des Datennetzes zum Großrechner bestehen muß .
