Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Borstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, mit einer Zuführeinheit (1, 16) für lose in einem Zuführschacht (21, 26) stehende Borsten (10) vorgeschnittener Länge, die direkt einem Picker-Segment (22), das die Borsten (10) greift, zugeführt werden und dort zu Borstenbündeln (25) zusammengefaßt werden, wobei das dem Picker-Segment (22) oder einem weiteren Verarbeitungsprozeß zugewandte Ende des Zuführschachts (21, 26) eine angetriebene Fördereinrichtung (2, 8; 14, 15) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (2, 8) aus gegenüberliegenden Andrückflächen (6, 6) besteht, zwischen denen die Borsten (10) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Borstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückflächen (6, 6) von Flach- oder Zahnriemen (2, 8) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsrichtung der einzelnen Borsten (10) quer zur Bewegungsrichtung der Andrückflächen (6, 6) verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsrichtung der einzelnen Borsten (10) parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Andrückflächen (6, 6) verläuft. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Borstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die angetriebene Fördereinrichtung (2, 8; 14, 15) Andruckelemente (13) zum Aufbringen von Förderkräften auf die Mantelfläche der außenliegenden Borsten (10) aufweist. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Borstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (14, 15) als gegenüberliegende Zahnräder oder strukturierte Räder mit Rillen (23) oder Nuten ausgebildet ist, zwischen denen die Borsten (10) aufnehmbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Borstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, nach einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (2, 8, 14, 15) mit dem nachfolgenden Verfahrensablauf synchronisierbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Borstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, nach einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung von Filamentstreifen die Austrittsöffnung der angetriebenen Fördereinrichtung entsprechend der gewünschten Dicke des Filamentstreifens verjüngt ist. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Borstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, nach einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß angetriebene Fördereinrichtung (2, 8; 14, 15) zur Verarbeitung von Sonderfilamenten vorgesehen ist.
