Claims (8)
- Procédé d'imprégnation d'un papier décoratif, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- application de résine et de particules résistantes à l'abrasion sur le papier décoratif ;- application de billes sur les particules résistantes à l'abrasion, caractérisé en ce queles billes sont composées de polyester, de polyamide ou de verre.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les billes sont appliquées en étant mélangées avec une résine.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le papier décoratif est enfin séché dans un séchoir à une température supérieure à 100 °C.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des billes est compris entre 30 et 200 µm.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le papier décoratif imprégné est fabriqué de manière à présenter une masse de matière solide de 30 à 300 g/m2.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le papier décoratif comporte jusqu'à 80 g/m2 de billes.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des particules de corindon ou de carbure de silicium sont projetées sur le papier décoratif, et les particules de corindon ou de carbure de silicium projetées sont ensuite réparties et/ou lissées au moyen de rouleaux.
- Plaque composée essentiellement d'un matériau à base de bois, sur la face supérieure du panneau étant appliquée une couche de papier décoratif, de la résine et des particules résistantes à l'abrasion et, par-dessus, des billes, caractérisée en ce que les billes sont composées de polyester, de polyamide ou de verre.
