  • a magnets holding cross-bar 33 is also provided in order to attract the particles separated from the cleaning roller and to discharge the electrostatic energy, and for such reason the cross-bar is equipped at its ends with insulators 34.
  • the whole device can be moved from one column of glass panels to another when it has finished to clean one column and has to go on cleaning another one, thus such movement can be made both manually at the lower or upper end of the column and through proper translatory mechanical means which can take up various shapes.

Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif mécanique pour le nettoyage et/ou le traitement de surfaces de bâtiment, comprenant au moins un rouleau de pression (27) et au moins un rouleau de nettoyage (29), les dits rouleaux étant en contact permanent avec la surface à nettoyer ainsi que supportés et actionnés par un support roulant le long de guides (21) qui peuvent être fixées à la surface à nettoyer, le dit support étant muni de moteurs électriques(24,31) actionnant le dit rouleau de pression (27) pour la translation du support ainsi que le dit rouleau de nettoyage (29), le dit support comprenant des coulisses(22) roulant dans les guides pour garantir l'adhérence du dispositif à la surface, les coulisses étant munies de moyens élastiques pour régler la pression du dispositif sur la surface, les dites coulisses étant supportées par une couple de plaques laterales (23) associées à un levier pivotant sur elles-mêmes dans une manière élastique réglable, le dit levier étant à son tour raccordé avec le rouleau de nettoyage en lui forçant en contact permanent avec la surface, de sorte que l'adhérence du dispositif à la surface est assurée sans aucun moyen de suspension.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux de nettoyage comprendent des brosses cylindriques(29) en matériel électriquement conducteur et une douille mise à la terre pour décharger les charges électrostatiques engendrées par le frottement entre les brosses et la surface à nettoyer.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support est muni d'une traverse(33) à laquelle des aimants sont appliqués pour obtenir le triage et vidage des particules raclées de la surface à nettoyer ou ramassées par les brosses des rouleaux de nettoyage.
  4. Dispositif selon une ou plusieures des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support est fabriqué avec matières garantissant une isolation électrique.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les dits rouleaux de nettoyage(40,41) sont applicables à un chassis fixe de fenêtre (45) et sont mus verticalement par des câbles (42) sans fin actionnés manuellement ou par un moteur, les dits rouleaux étant appliqués à la surface intérieure (40) et/ou extérieure (41) de la fenêtre.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les dits rouleaux de nettoyage (52) sont applicables fixes au chassis(51) d'une fenêtre glissante(50), de sorte que avec le glissement du volet de la fenêtre les rouleaux nettoyent les surfaces du verre en contact avec eux.
