    ii) at least partly in a plane of at least one of the faces (10) of the sleeve (2) when the sleeve is of polygonal, for example rectangular, cross section.
  5. Packaging (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the second compartment (12) is removable with respect to the first.
  6. Packaging according to Claim 5, characterized in that the second compartment (12) is held in place with respect to the first by the item (3) placed in the first compartment.
  7. Packaging (1) according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the flexible sheet (4) has, passing through it, an aperture (11), against the internal edge of which a rim (14) of the second compartment (12) rests.
  8. Packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first compartment is made of a first material, the second compartment (12) being made of a second material identical to or different from the first.
  9. Packaging (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the second compartment (12) is obtained by thermoforming a material, preferably a transparent material, such as a material of the vinyl (polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and its copolymers), styrene, methacrylic or cellulose type or a polycarbonate.
