Der Formrahmen 1 einer nicht näher dargestellten Form zur maschinellen
Herstellung von Betonformsteinen besteht aus zwei parallelen
Längs-Rahmenteilen 2 und zwei parallelen Quer-Rahmenteilen 3, die

5 mit mehreren Formnestern 6 eingespannt.The
An den beiden Stirnseiten jedes Quer-Rahmenteiles 3 ist in der Verlängerung
der Längsachse des Quer-Rahmenteiles 3 je ein polygoner
Zapfen 7 mit viereckigem Querschnitt angeformt. Eine dem Zapfen 7
entsprechende, viereckige Vertiefung 8 ist jeweils in die Innenseite
an den Enden jedes Längs-Rahmenteiles 2 eingefräst. Mittig im
Zapfen 7 und in der Vertiefung 8 ist parallel zur Längsachse des
Quer-Rahmenteils 3 eine Durchgangsbohrung 9 für eine Spannschraube
10 vorgesehen. Das freie Ende der Spannschraube 10 wird
nach dem Zusammenfügen der beiden Rahmenteile 2, 3 in eine Gewindebohrung
11 einer Schraubenmutter 12 eingedreht. Die Schraubenmutter
12 ist zylindrisch ausgebildet und in eine vertikale, die

Quer-Rahmenteil 3 lose eingesetzt und drehbar gelagert. Die

2 und der Quer-Rahmenteilen 3 mit dem Formeinsatz 5
werden die Spannschrauben 10 in die gemeinsamen Durchgangsbohrungen
9 der Längs- und Quer-Rahmenteile 2, 3 eingesteckt und mit
den Schraubenmuttern 12 verschraubt. Dadurch wird der Formrahmen

Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine andere Ausführungsform der Nut- und Feder-Verbindung
zwischen Formrahmen 1 und Formeinsatz 5. In die Innenseite
der Quer-Rahmen-Teile 3 ist eine durchgehende, dreieckförmige
Nut 16 eingearbeitet, in die eine ebenfalls dreieckförmige
durchgehende Feder 17 eingreift, die sich aussen an den Querseiten
des Formeinsatzes 5 befindet. Die Nut-und Feder-Verbindung 16, 17
kann auch an allen vier Seiten des Formrahmens 1 und des Formeinsatzes
5 angeordnet sein. Zur Dämpfung der Rüttelschwingungen
sind zwischen der Feder 17 des Formeinsatzes 5 und der Nut 16 des
Formrahmens 1 elastische Dämpfungsplatten 18 angeordnet, die in
Aussparungen 19 der Kontaktflächen 20 der Feder 17 eingelegt sind.
