- la figure 1 représente une vue éclatée d'un mode de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention avec une vue extérieure du col du récipient en élévation et une coupe du bouchon ;
- les figures 2a, 2b et 2c représentent le dispositif de la figure 1 respectivement en position de fermeture, d'ouverture intermédiaire et de pleine ouverture ;
- la figure 3 représente une vue de dessous du bouchon utilisé dans le dispositif de la figure 1;
- la figure 4 représente un autre mode de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention en position d'assemblage avec une vue en élévation extérieure du col et une vue en coupe du bouchon.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de fermeture pour récipient (R) comprenant un bouchon (1) dont la paroi latérale interne est pourvue d'éléments de filetage (11) destinés à coopérer par vissage avec des éléments de filetage complémentaires (22) portés par la paroi externe du col (2) du récipient (R), caractérisé en ce que les éléments de filetage (11,22) du bouchon (1) ou du col (2) sont formés de nervures au moins partiellement hélicoïdales dont la section comporte localement des créneaux (c) destinés à recevoir des tronçons (t) de filets formant les éléments de filetage (22,11) portés en regard par le col (2) ou le bouchon (1) en vue d'assurer la retenue axiale du bouchon (1) sur le col (2) en position intermédiaire d'ouverture et le dégazage du récipient (R).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance séparant les extrémités des nervures (n) est supérieure à la largeur des tronçons (t) de filets.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (1) comporte, en outre, une bande inférieure d'inviolabilité (13) destinée à coopérer avec une collerette périphérique (23) portée par le récipient (R) sous les éléments de filetage (22) du col (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les contours des créneaux (c) sont complémentaires du profil du bord de contact des tronçons (t) de filets.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (n) sont portées par le col (2) et les tronçons (t) de filets par le bouchon (1) ; les créneaux (c) étant réalisés sur la face inférieure desdites nervures (n).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (n) sont portées par le bouchon (1) et les tronçons (t) de filets par le col (2), les créneaux (c) étant réalisés sur la face supérieure desdites nervures (n).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons (t) de filets sont répartis en groupes de deux tronçons adjacents séparés par un angle (α) d'environ 5°.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons (t) de filets sont répartis en trois groupes séparés les uns des autres d'un angle (γ) de 120°.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur angulaire (β) d'un tronçon (t) de filets est d'environ 36°.
