Description
- une bride d'adaptation assujettie à l'extrémité du bec, centrée sur l'axe de basculement, comportant une portée de joint circulaire dont le plan est perpendiculaire audit axe ;
- une bride de liaison assujettie à l'extrémité de la goulotte fixe, centrée sur l'axe de basculement, comportant une portée de joint circulaire, dont le plan est perpendiculaire audit axe, faisant face à la précédente et coopérant avec elle ;
- au moins un joint résistant à la chaleur et au métal liquide situé entre les deux portées ;
- un dispositif de serrage, prenant éventuellement appui sur une pièce fixe, permettant de régler et de maintenir le serrage des brides l'une par rapport à l'autre pour assurer l'étanchéité de la liaison tout en laissant lesdites deux brides pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre.

- un dispositif de serrage (19, 19a, 22, 22a, 22b 22c) permettant de régler le serrage des brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b) l'une par rapport à l'autre pour assurer l'étanchéité de la liaison tout en laissant lesdites brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b) pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre.
Claims (16)
- Cuve (1) de traitement de métal liquide basculante autour d'un axe (6), alimentée par une goulotte fixe et déversant ledit métal liquide dans une goulotte fixe d'évacuation (17, 18), la dite cuve comportant au moins un trou de passage (5) pour l'alimentation, la sortie ou la vidange du métal liquide pratiqué dans une de ses parois (2) et prolongé par un bec dit mobile (7, 8) solidaire de la cuve, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'axe de la goulotte fixe d'évacuation (17, 18) est confondu avec l'axe de basculement (6).
- Cuve selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la cuve (1) est parallélépipédique rectangle, l'axe de basculement (6) horizontal étant parallèle à sa grande longueur, et est soit déporté à l'extérieur de la cuve (1) soit de préférence situé à sa partie supérieure.
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'angle de basculement est compris entre 30° et 90°.
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une partie d'extrémité de la goulotte fixe (17, 18) et du bec mobile (7, 8) ont une section droite circulaire et sont reliés par un dispositif articulé en rotation autour de l'axe de basculement (6) étanche au métal liquide.
- Dispositif de liaison étanche au métal liquide, articulé en rotation autour d'un axe (6) permettant en particulier le basculement d'une cuve (1) de métal liquide, telle que décrite dans l'une des revendications 1 à 4, autour de l'axe (6), entre d'une part un bec dit mobile (7, 8) solidaire de la cuve (1), alignée sur ledit axe (6) et d'autre part une goulotte fixe (17, 18) destinée à la circulation de métal liquide, également alignée sur ledit axe (6), les dits bec mobile (7, 8) et goulotte fixe (17, 18) ayant chacun au moins une partie d'extrémité à section droite circulaire, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :une bride d'adaptation (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) assujettie à l'extrémité du bec (7, 8), centrée sur l'axe de basculement (6) et comportant une portée de joint circulaire perpendiculaire audit axe (6) ;une bride de liaison (15, 15a, 15b) assujettie à l'extrémité de la goulotte fixe (17, 18), centrée sur l'axe de basculement (6) et comportant une portée de joint circulaire, perpendiculaire audit axe (6), faisant face à la précédente et coopérant avec elle ;au moins un joint (12, 13) résistant à la chaleur et au métal liquide situé entre les deux portées ;un dispositif de serrage (19, 19a, 22, 22a, 22b, 22c), prenant éventuellement appui sur une pièce fixe (20), permettant de régler le serrage des brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b) l'une par rapport à l'autre pour assurer l'étanchéité de la liaison tout en laissant lesdites deux brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b) pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que les brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b) comportent un dispositif de centrage (11, 11a, 14, 14a) de l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de centrage comporte sur une des brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b) une protubérance (11, 11a) cylindrique s'engageant à frottement doux dans un logement correspondant (14, 14a), situé sur l'autre bride (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une portée de joint se trouve à l'extrémité de la protubérance cylindrique (11) et une autre portée de joint se trouve au fond du logement (14), de façon à ce que les deux portées de joint se fassent face.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux protubérances spécifiques (15b, 10b) des brides (10a, 10b, 10c, 15a, 15b) à l'extrémité de chacune desquelles se trouve une portée de joint disposée de façon à ce que les deux portées de joint se fassent face.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux joints (12, 13), un sur chaque portée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b) sont en acier ou fonte réfractaire et/ou que les joints (12, 13) sont à base de graphite.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif réglable de serrage comprend des tirants filetés (19) prenant appui d'une part sur une ou des pièces d'appui fixes (20), de préférence solidaires d'un châssis (21) et d'autre part sur une des brides (10, 15), par l'intermédiaire de pièces élastiques (22), des écrous permettant de régler la force de serrage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce le dispositif réglable de serrage comprend une protubérance (22c) sur une des brides (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 15, 15a, 15b), une bride annulaire (22b) et des moyens d'ajustement du serrage (19a, 22a), tels que des boulons (19a) et des rondelles de type "belleville" (22a).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la goulotte fixe comporte une portion de goulotte (17) fixe amovible.
- Procédé utilisant la cuve de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 ou mettant en oeuvre le dispositif de l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 14.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé pour le traitement par les gaz ou la filtration de l'aluminium, du magnésium ou de leurs alliages liquides.
