Claims (11)

  1. Installation automatique de stockage et de distribution d'objets en vrac présélectionnés, en particulier de masses d'équilibrage destinées à équilibrer des roues de véhicule, comprenant une pluralité d'étagères superposées (4) qui sont supportées de manière rotative par un axe vertical centré (5) muni d'une embase (6) pour prendre appui sur le sol, ledit axe (5) étant actionné de manière à tourner de manière continue ou discontinue selon des arcs de cercle (A) grâce un ensemble moteur-moteur à engrenage (7) qui est contrôlé par des moyens de comptage et de détection ( 8) pour compter et détecter lesdits arcs, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de comptage et de détection (8) sont interfacés avec un circuit électronique comprenant des moyens pour contrôler la fonctionnalité d'une machine à équilibrer (3).
  2. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe (5) est essentiellement monolithique et peut être coupé aux dimensions nécessaires, des moyens de verrouillage mutuel (9) pour un verrouillage mutuel étant prévus pour l'ensemble empilé desdites étagères (4).
  3. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de comptage et de détection (8) comprennent une série de repères (12) ménagés circonférentiellement sur une face inférieure de l'étagère inférieure (4, 10), lesdits repères (12) étant détectables avec un détecteur conventionnel (11) agencé sur ladite embase (6) et orienté en direction de ladite étagère inférieure (4, 10).
  4. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de comptage et de détection (8) comprennent un disque (10) qui est solidaire dudit axe (5) à proximité de ladite embase (6), des repères (12) étant détectables avec un détecteur conventionnel (11) qui est agencé sur ladite embase (6) et orienté en direction dudit disque (10).
  5. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon les revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits repères sont constitués de trous traversants (12) qui sont répartis selon un écartement angulaire constant.
  6. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de comptage et de détection (8) sont constitués par un dispositif électronique du type connu sous le nom de codeur qui coopère opérationnellement avec ledit axe (5).
  7. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage mutuel sont constitués, pour chaque étagère (4), par une douille (9) qui est couplée à elle coaxialement de manière rigide dans une position centrée et est traversée transversalement par un trou traversant correspondant pour l'insertion d'une broche correspondante (9a), ladite douille (9) étant insérable sur ledit axe (5) et verrouillable sur celui-ci à une hauteur qui est prédéfinie par un deuxième trou traversant correspondant.
  8. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque étagère (4) peut être munie d'une pluralité de bacs (13) qui sont orientés radialement et sont agencés angulairement avec un écartement constant qui coïncide avec lesdits arcs de cercle (A).
  9. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu 'elle est munie d'une paroi de fermeture périmétrique (14) dans laquelle il est prévu au moins une ouverture verticale (15) pour accéder simultanément à une série alignée et empilée verticalement desdits bacs (13).
  10. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite ouverture (15) peut être fermée au moyen d'un panneau correspondant (16) qui est supporté de manière à pouvoir tourner à l'extrémité dudit axe (5) avec des moyens de mouvement (17, 18) interposés.
  11. Installation de stockage et de distribution selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de mouvement comprennent une traverse (17) qui est montée de manière rotative à l'extrémité dudit axe (5) et est couplée rigidement, à ses extrémités, aux extrémités correspondantes dudit panneau (16), ladite traverse (17) étant associée à un actionneur hydraulique ou pneumatique (18) pour un mouvement par arcs de cercles (A).
