Description

  • La présente invention conceme le domaine des emballages, notamment des emballages servant simultanément de distributeurs, en particulier pour l'emballage et la distribution de produits en feuilles, à savoir de mouchoirs en papier ou analogues, et a pour objet un emballage destiné à cet effet.
  • La présentation de mouchoirs en papier ou analogue est bien connue. Généralement, les mouchoirs sont, soit empilés individuellement, soit enchevêtrés de telle manière qu'une traction sur le mouchoir près de l'ouverture et la sortie de ce dernier entraînent automatiquement la présentation du bord du mouchoir ou analogue suivant dans l'ouverture correspondante de l'emballage.
  • A cet effet, lesdits emballages sont pourvus d'une ouverture de distribution découpée sur une de leurs faces. De tels emballages distributeurs et les procédés de fabrication correspondants sont notamment connus par les documents FR-A-2 334 584, EP-A-0 275 481 et EP-A-0 401 621.
  • Ainsi, FR-A-2 334 584 décrit un emballage pour mouchoir en papier ou analogue, qui est pourvu d'une ouverture de saisie des mouchoirs ou autres, découpée au bord de l'une de ses faces et recouvrable au moyen d'un volet formant partie intégrale de l'emballage, relié de manière définitive à ce dernier par l'un de ses bords et dont au moins deux autres bords du contour sont fixés de manière arrachable audit emballage avant utilisation. Ainsi, un arrachage partiel du volet de fermeture permet un accès au contenu de l'emballage et le retrait des mouchoirs.
  • Par ailleurs, selon ce document, l'emballage est pourvu près du bord libre du volet d'un moyen de retenue de celui-ci par adhésion, en vue d'une fermeture temporaire après l'arrachage de ces deux bords fragilisés dudit emballage. Un tel moyen de retenue permet d'assurer une fermeture hygiénique de l'emballage entre deux utilisations.
  • On connaît également, par EP-A-0 401 621, un emballage destiné à la distribution de mouchoirs ou analogues, qui présente un moyen d'accès au contenu de l'emballage consistant en un volet formant partie intégrale dudit emballage et dont la première ouverture est réalisée pararrachage sur une partie de son contour suivant une ligne fragilisée.
  • Ces emballages permettent de répondre de manière satisfaisante aux problèmes posés par une saisie suivie d'une délivrance individuelle de mouchoirs ou analogues par la face correspondante.
  • Les emballages ainsi réalisés sont obtenus par découpe de flans dans une bande défilant en continu, lesdits flans étant ensuite repliés pour former l'emballage et munis simultanément de leur contenu, puis fermés, par mise en oeuvre de machines adaptées à cet effet, telles que celles connues par EP-A-0 275 481.
  • Cependant, les emballages ainsi réalisés présentent l'inconvénient de ne permettre une fermeture hygiénique de leur ouverture de préhension des mouchoirs ou analogues que si le volet de fermeture est parfaitement appliqué au-dessus de ladite ouverture et y est maintenu. Ceci est d'ailleurs plus particulièrement le cas lorsque le volet de fermeture présente une surface correspondant exactement à celle de l'ouverture de saisie des mouchoirs ou analogues et n'est maintenu dans une position de refermeture que par l'intermédiaire d'une languette adhésive (EP-A-0 401 621).
  • Le document DE-U-8 901 535 décrit un emballage comprenant une bande adhésive attachée à un rabat d'une seule pièce avec l'emballage. Le document US-A-2 866 586 décrit un emballage selon le préambule de la revendication 1 qui ne permet per un bon arrachage du rabat lors de l'ouverture.
  • La présente invention a pour but de pallier ces inconvénients en proposant un emballage de distribution de produits en feuilles, à savoir de mouchoirs en papier ou analogues permettant un accès aisé aux produits à distribuer, tout en assurant la possibilité de pouvoir refermer ledit emballage en préservant au maximum l'hygiène de son contenu.
  • A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un emballage selon la revendication 1.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise, grâce à la description ci-après, qui se rapporte à des modes de réalisation préférés, donnés à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, et expliqués avec référence aux dessins schématiques annexés, dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un emballage du type de celui de l'invention en position fermée avant utilisation ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue analogue à celle de la figure 1 d'un l'emballage du type de celui de après ouverture ;

  • Les figures 1 à 4 et 7 des dessins annexés représentent un emballage de forme parallélépipédique et da section transversale rectangulaire, pourvu d'une ouverture 1 d'extraction d'un produit en feuille, tel qu'un mouchoir ou analogue.
  • Comme le montrent plus particulièrement lesfigures 1 et 2 des dessins annexés, l'ouverture 1 est munie d'un rabat 2 en au moins deux éléments superposés de tailles différentes, l'élément 2" de plus petite taille étant disposé sur la face intérieure de ce rabat 2. L'élément 2" est solidaire, au moins avant la première utilisation, de la portion d'un film sous-jacent 3 formant un revêtement intérieur l'emballage. Les éléments 2' et 2" formant le rabat 2 sont réalisés d'une seule pièce avec l'emballage et sont reliés par une partie de leur contour audit emballage, par l'intermédiaire de lignes fragilisées 4.
  • Selon une caractéristique connue, l'élément 2" de plus petite taille formant la face intérieure du rabat 2 détermine au moins en partie la surface de l'ouverture 1 de l'emballage, alors que l'élément 2' de plus grande taille, qui forme la face extérieure du rabat 2, est disposé avec possibilité d'arrachage partiel sur un rebord de recouvrement d'une face de l'emballage englobant celle comportant l'élément 2" formant la face intérieure dudit rabat 2.
  • L'ouverture 1 est disposée à cheval sur une arête 5 reliant deux côtés adjacents de l'emballage. Dans l'exemple représentés aux figures annexées, cette arête 5 relie un grand côté 9 à un petit côté 10, le rabat 2 présentant son axe d'articulation 6 sur le petit côté 10.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation selon la figure 3, qui ne fait par partie de l'invention, l'emballage est constitué par un film formant enveloppe et dont les extrémités se chevauchent sur deux côtés adjacents, de sorte que l'emballage est doublé sur ces deux côtés. L'élément 2" de plus petite taille formant la face intérieure du rabat 2 fait partie, au moins partiellement, de la doublure interne 3. Cet élément 2" comprend une première partie 2"A, sur le plus grand côté 9, qui se prolonge sur une seconde partie 2"B recouvrant au moins en partie le petit côté 10.
  • Afin de permettre l'arrachage des deux éléments 2' et 2" du rabat 2, lors de la première utilisation de l'emballage, l'élément 2" formant la face intérieure est solidarisé, par exemple par soudage, de l'élément 2' formant la face extérieure, au moins le long de la partie 2"B et éventuellement, partiellement de la partie 2"A.
  • Ainsi, lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage, une traction sur le bord libre de l'élément 2' du rabat 2 entraînera, après la déchirure initiale du début du contour de cet élément 2' un entraînement de la partie 2"B de plus petitetaille et une déchirure simultanée de son contour, de sorte que l'ouverture 1 est automatiquement libérée.
  • Après extraction d'un mouchoir ou analogue, il suffira de repositionner le rabat 2 par repliage le long du côté correspondant de l'emballage pour fermer l'ouverture 1.
  • Conformément à une autre caractéristique Connue en soi, l'emballage peut avantagausement être pourvu, près du bord libre de l'élément 2', d'une attache amovible 8, telle qu'un pavé adhésif autocollant ou un ruban adhésif. Ainsi, il est possible d'assurer un maintien sûr de la fermeture du rabat 2 après extraction d'un mouchoir ou analogue, même après plusieurs ouvertures et fermetures.
  • De manière connue, comme le montre plus particulièrement la figure 5 des dessins annexés, l'emballage conforme à l'invention, est réalisé par pliage d'un flan prédécoupé le long de lignes de pliage représentées en traits mixtes fins. Ce flan est pourvu de lignes préformées de fragilisation 4 correspondant aux contours des éléments arrachables 2' et 2" destinés à former le rabat 2. La disposition de ces éléments 2' et 2" permet de réaliser une fragilisation de contour pour les deux éléments 2' et 2" avec un seul et même outil. Il s'agit, par exemple, d'une ligne constituée par des découpes selon des tirets séparés par des tenons.
  • En effet, du fait que le rabat 2 est constitué par la superposition d'un élément de plus grande taille 2' sur un élément de taille plus petite 2", il suffit de prévoir des lignes fragilisées d'arrachage, de telle manière que celles-ci s'étendent, d'une part, sur une partie de l'emballage correspondant à un petit côté 10 et à une surface adjacente du grand côté 9 et, d'autre part, sur une partie de l'emballage correspondant à un bord 11 rabattu sur le grand côté 9 et partiellement au petit côté 10 correspondant à chaque emballage sur une bande en défilement. La découpe du flan en éléments individuels correspondant chacun à un emballage est ensuite effectuée de telle manière que l'une de ses extrémités AA soit formée par le bord 11 comportant l'élément de plus grande taille 2' et que l'autre extrémité BB soit formée par un petit côté 10 pourvu de l'élément de plus petite taille 2" s'étendant en partie sur le grand côté adjacent.
  • La figure 4 des dessins annexés représente un produit selon l'invention, dans laquelle a partie 2"B a été repliée sur la partie 2"A. Ces parties sont solidaires l'une de l'autre par l'articulation formée par le pli. La partie 2"B est elle-même solidaire de la face Interne de l'élément 2' située au-dessus du grand côté 9 de l'emballage. Cette partie 2"B est collée ou thermo-soudée sur l'élément 2'. Cette caractéristique permet d'améliorer l'arrachage de l'élément 2" au moment de la première utilisation. Il permet également d'obtenir, dans la zone de l'ouverture 1 de l'emballage une triple épaisseur de paroi du rabat 2 favorisant encore davantage la fermeture de l'emballage après usage et ainsi l'amélioration de l'hygiène.
  • Les figures 6A à 6C représentent schématiquement la séquence des opérations permettant la réalisation de l'emballage selon la figure 4.
  • Après découpe dans un film, par exemple de matière plastique transparente, le flanc 100 est introduit, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément formant poussoir, dans une alvéole de façonnage 111, ménagée à la périphérie d'une roue 110. Deux panneaux 102' et 102"B du flanc dépassent de l'alvéole et sont appliqués contre la surface périphérique extérieure de la roue (figure 6A). Après déplacement d'une fraction de tours, la roue vient disposer l'alvéole en face d'un moyen de chargement d'un paquet P de mouchoirs qui est alors introduit dans celle-ci.
  • Ensuite, un moyen, tel qu'un jet d'air associé à une courroie, rabat le panneau 102' de 180°. Il s'ensuit que ce panneau 102' recouvre l'ouverture de l'alvéole 111 et le panneau 102"B (figure 6B). Une barre chauffée 112 assure alors le soudage des panneaux 102' et 102"B entre eux. Ensuite, le paquet est expulsé de l'alvéole et un pavé d'adhésifs autocollants 102 tel qu'une colle "hot melt", est déposée sur la face extérieure du paquet portant le panneau 102"B (figure 6C) puis l'ensemble formé par les deux panneaux est rabattu sur le pavé de colle et y adhère. Le paquet subit alors les autres étapes de formation et de rassemblement de manière connue.
  • Grâce à l'invention, il est possible de réaliser un emballage de distribution pouvant être aisément manipulé par l'utilisateur et permettant d'assurer, pendant toute la durée de l'utilisation, une fermeture répétée correcte dudit emballage. Il peut ainsi être assurée une sauvegarde de l'hygiène du contenu, celui-ci n'étant accessible qu'après une manoeuvre volontaire du rabat 2, de sorte que le risque de pollution du contenu est pratiquement annulé.
  • En outre, l'extraction des mouchoirs ou analogues estfacilitée, du fait que l'ouverture 1 peut présenter des dimensions relativement importantes. L'ouverture 1 peut être placée dans le sens longitudinal de l'étui ou bien dans le sens transversal, comme il ressort plus particulièrement de la figure 7. De plus, l'ouverture d'extraction peut être prévue de grande dimension.
  • Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits et représentés aux dessins annexés. Des modifications restent possibles, notamment du point de vue de la constitution des divers éléments ou par substitution d'équivalents techniques, sans sortir pour autant du domaine de protection de l'invention.

Claims (5)

  1. Emballage de forme parallélépipédique et de section transversale rectangulaire pourvu d'une ouverture (1) d'extraction d'un produit en feuille, tel qu'un mouchoir ou analogue, ladite ouverture (1) étant disposée à cheval sur une arête (5) reliant deux côtés adjacents de l'emballage, à savoir une arête (5) reliant un grand côté (9) à un petit côté (10) et ladite ouverture (1) étant munie d'un rabat (2) en au moins deux éléments superposés (2', 2") de tailles différentes, l'élément de plus petite taille (2'') étant disposé sur la face intérieure de ce rabat (2), les éléments superposés (2', 2") étant reliés, avant première utilisation, par au moins une partie de leur contour audit emballage par l'intermédiaire de lignes fragilisées (4), lesdits éléments superposés (2', 2") formant le rabat (2) étant réalisés d'une seule pièce avec l'emballage, caractérisé en ce que :
    - l'élément de plus petite taille (2") comporte deux parties superposées (2"A, 2"B), la deuxième partie (2"B) étant repliée sur la première partie (2"A), lesdites deux parties (2"A, 2"B) étant ainsi solidaires l'une de l'autre par une articulation formée par le pli obtenu, la deuxième partie (2"B) étant elle-même solidaire de la face interne de l'élément de plus grande taille (2'), et
    - près du bord libre de l'élément de plus grande taille (2'), qui forme la face extérieure du rabat (2) est prévu une attache amovible (8), telle qu'un pavé adhésif autocollant ou un ruban adhésif.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de plus petite taille (2") formant la face intérieure du rabat (2) détermine au moins en partie la surface de l'ouverture (1) de l'emballage, alors que l'élément de plus grande taille (2'), qui forme la face extérieure du rabat (2) est disposé avec possibilité d'arrachage partiel sur un rebord de recouvrement d'une face de l'emballage englobant celle comportant l'élément de plus petite taille (2") formant la face intérieure dudit rabat (2).
  3. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le rabat (2) présente son axe d'articulation 6 sur le petit côté (10) de l'emballage.
  4. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de plus petite taille (2") formant la face intérieure du rabat (2) fait partie, au moins partiellement, de la doublure interne (3).
  5. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé par pliage à partir de flan prédécoupé et muni de lignes de pliage et de lignes de fragilisation (4) correspondant aux contours desdits éléments superposés (2', 2") arrachables destinés à former le rabat (2).
