Claims (6)
- Elément de chauffage électrique, en particulier pour outils de moulage par injection, sous la forme d'une cartouche de chauffage ou d'un élément de chauffage tubulaire, laquelle ou lequel présente un tube enveloppe (1) dans lequel le conducteur chauffant (2) est enrobé dans une masse électriquement isolante et qui peut être courbé ou enroulé de manière plastique par une dépense d'énergie manuelle, dans lequel principalement le tube enveloppe (1) est formé par un tuyau annelé flexible, le conducteur chauffant (2) est raccordé près d'une extrémité du tube enveloppe (1) par ses extrémités chaque fois à une broche de raccordement (3) électroconductrice ou le conducteur chauffant (2) est raccordé près des deux extrémités du tube enveloppe (1) chaque fois à une broche de raccordement (3) électroconductrice, les broches de raccordement (3) s'étendent par une partie de leur longueur dans le tube enveloppe (1) en formant une zone non chauffée et dépassent du tube enveloppe (1) par l'autre partie de leur longueur, et sont, le cas échéant, entourées radialement par un isolateur (4), de préférence un isolateur en céramique, après le tube enveloppe (1), de sorte que seule une zone de raccordement dépasse de l'isolateur (4), caractérisé par le fait que chaque broche de raccordement (3) est en métal légèrement flexible ou vrillable.

- Elément de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'isolateur (4) est un bouchon en céramique qui est collé dans l'embouchure du tube enveloppe (1) et traversé par la ou les broche(s) de raccordement (3).
- Elément de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un écarteur est disposé sur la broche de raccordement (3) dans la zone entourée par le tube enveloppe (1).
- Elément de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'écarteur est formé par une perle isolante ou une pièce en céramique analogue.
- Elément de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone entourée par le tube enveloppe (1), la broche de raccordement (3) est entourée de masse de scellement qui remplit de préférence entièrement la fente annulaire entre broche de raccordement (3) et tube enveloppe (1).
