Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines T-förmigen Rohrstückes (1) wird zunächst eine Öffnung (3) in einem im wesentlichen flach ausgebildeten Metallblech (2) ausgestanzt. Anschließend wird an der ausgestanzten Öffnung (3) ein Rohr (4) angefügt, vorzugsweise angeschweißt und das Metallblech (2) zu einem Hohlprofil umgeformt, dessen Endkanten (9) benachbart einander gegenüber liegen. Die sich gegenüber liegenden Kanten (9) werden zur Bildung des T-förmigen Rohrstückes (1) abgedichtet miteinander verbunden. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren können T-förmige Rohrstücke (1) hergestellt werden, die im gesamten Bereich im wesentlichen dieselbe Wanddicke aufweisen. Ferner kann die Länge der drei Rohrenden frei gewählt werden. In a method for producing a T-shaped pipe section (1), an opening (3) is first punched out in a substantially flat metal sheet (2). A tube (4) is then attached to the punched-out opening (3), preferably welded on, and the metal sheet (2) is formed into a hollow profile, the end edges (9) of which are located opposite one another. The opposite edges (9) are sealed together to form the T-shaped pipe section (1). The method according to the invention can be used to produce T-shaped pipe sections (1) which have essentially the same wall thickness in the entire area. Furthermore, the length of the three pipe ends can be chosen freely.
