Abstract

Um einen Plasmabrenner mit einer Brennkammer, in welcher zwischen einer Elektrode und einer Gegenelektrode ein Lichtbogen erzeugbar ist und dem ein Arbeitsgas zur Plasmabildung zuführbar ist, zu schaffen, welcher variabel einsetzbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Brennkammer eine Mehrzahl von Brennkammer-Elektroden umfaßt, welche in axialer Richtung bezüglich einer Brennkammerachse aufeinanderfolgend angeordnet sind, wobei jede einzelne Brennkammer-Elektrode individuell strombeaufschlagbar ist.
