Shuttering device with selective locking for closing a frame (2), comprising a cover (1) substantially planar selectively applied to the frame (2), a lock (13, 15) integral with the cover, and a key (3 ) comprising a socket (7) and an arm (8), one end of which carries the socket (7), the cover having an opening (4) for access to the lock for the key, the lock (13, 15) comprising a bolt (15) cooperating with a keeper (27) of the frame, and the key (3) selectively adopting, with respect to the opening (4), a locking position which this key can adopt and leave freely, and in which the bolt (15) is retained prisoner of the striker (27), and an unlocking position for which the key (3) is retained prisoner in the opening (4) and for which the bolt (15) is released from the striker (27 ), characterized in that the arm (8) and the sleeve (7) of the key are substantially perpendicular to each other, and in that the arm (8) is substantially perpendicular to the cover (1) for the key unlock position.
