- les figures 1a et 1b représentent des vues en coupe d'un premier mode de réalisation du distributeur de l'invention respectivement en position de repos et en phase de distribution ;
- les figures 2a et 2b représentent des vues respectivement de face et en perspective du mode de réalisation des figures 1a et 1b ;
- les figures 3a et 3b représentent des vues en coupe d'un second mode de réalisation du distributeur de l'invention respectivement en position de repos et en phase de distribution.
Claims (18)
- Distributeur de produits liquides, du type comprenant un réservoir (R) équipé de moyens de prélèvement (P) du produit susceptibles d'être actionnés par déplacement axial du réservoir relativement à un tube gicleur (T) dont une partie fait saillie à l'extérieur du réservoir, le distributeur comportant d'une part, un conduit d'évacuation (1) raccordé de manière étanche à la partie externe du tube gicleur (T) et traversant un embout (2) relié de manière rigide à un boítier (B) renfermant le réservoir (R) et, d'autre part, au moins une ailette latérale (11,12) susceptible d'être actionnée suivant une direction sensiblement radiale et en prise avec le réservoir ou le tube gicleur, caractérisé en ce que l'ailette latérale porte une came (110,120) destinée à coopérer par contact de glissement avec au moins une paroi inclinée (21,22) solidaire dudit embout (2) de telle sorte qu'une poussée sensiblement radiale sur ladite ailette (11,12) se traduise par un déplacement axial du tube gicleur (T) relativement au réservoir (R) en entraínant la délivrance du produit.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir est enfermé de manière amovible dans le boítier (B), délimité à sa partie supérieure par ledit embout (2).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite ailette (11,12) comporte un flanc extérieur (11c,12c) formant bouton-poussoir dont les génératrices sont au moins partiellement parallèles à celles du conduit (1).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit flanc extérieur (11c,12c) formant bouton-poussoir s'étend de façon affleurante dans des ouvertures (20) ménagées sur la paroi latérale du boítier (B).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit flanc extérieur (11c,12c) formant bouton-poussoir comporte des cannelures (13).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit embout (2) se prolonge vers le bas par une jupe (22) sensiblement cylindrique pourvue à sa partie inférieure d'organes de fixation (23) sur le boítier (B).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier (B) est pourvu d'un jeu de deux ailettes (11,12) diamétralement opposées.
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (1b) dudit conduit (1) est pourvue d'une buse de pulvérisation (10).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le conduit (1) est raccordé audit tube gicleur (T) par emmanchement avec serrage radial.
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (R) est immobilisé à l'intérieur du boítier ( B) tandis que ladite ailette (11,12) est solidaire du tube gicleur (T) et que ladite paroi inclinée (21,22) est orientée vers le bas du conduit d'évacuation (1).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit conduit d'évacuation (1) est monté coulissant à l'intérieur de l'embout (2) tandis que le réservoir (R) est immobilisé dans un socle (3) fixé de manière éventuellement amovible audit boítier (B).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite ailette (11,12) est pourvue d'un bras de liaison (11a,12a) formant entretoise avec ledit conduit (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que ladite came (110,120) est formée d'un bossage porté par le flanc intérieur (11b,12b) de l'ailette (11,12).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite ailette (11,12) est solidaire du réservoir (R) qui est mobile axialement à l'intérieur du boítier (B) tandis que ladite paroi inclinée (21,22) est orientée vers le haut du conduit d'évacuation (1).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit conduit d'évacuation (1) est monté fixe dans l'embout (2) tandis que le réservoir (R) coulisse dans un alésage (32) interne au boítier (B).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite ailette (11,12) est montée sur le col du réservoir (R) au moyen d'une bague d'accrochage (121).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que ladite came (110,120) est formée par le bord inférieur du flanc extérieur (11c,12c) de l'ailette (11,12).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois inclinées (21,22) présentent des faces de contact avec lesdites cames (110,120) dont la pente est variable.
