ein als Biegefeder ausgebildetes federndes Koppelglied 52 angeformt, das
mit seinem die Schneidklinge 24 tragenden Ende 54 in der Außenwand 58
der Gehäuseschale 10 abgestützt und in Richtung des Pfeils 60 nach Art
einer Schubführung geführt ist. Wenn somit beim Abrollen und anschließenden
Abschneiden des Klebebands 22 das abzutrennende Bandende 62 in
Richtung des Pfeils 64 gezogen wird, wird das Umlenkelement 18 unter Aufweitung
des Austrittsspalts 20 bis zum Anschlag 66 entgegen der Federkraft
der Federzunge 50 und des federnden Koppelglieds 52 mitgenommen. Dabei
kommt es zu einer Verschiebung des Koppelglieds 52 in Richtung des
Pfeils 60, die dazu führt, daß die Schneidklinge 24 mit ihrer Schneide 38 aus
der in Fig. 3 gezeigten, in das Gehäuse zurückgezogenen Position in Richtung
des Pfeils 60 durch die Schlitzöffnung 40 nach außen hindurchtritt und
dort zum Abschneiden des überstehenden Bandstücks 62 verwendet werden
kann. Wenn das Bandstück abgetrennt ist, gelangt das verbleibende Band
unter der Einwirkung des von der Federkraft zurück schwingenden Umlenkelements
18 wieder in die in Fig. 1 und 3 gezeigte Ausgangslage. Gleichzeitig
wird hierbei die Schneide 38 der Schneidklinge 24 in ihre geschützte
Position in der Gehäuseschale 10 zurück verschoben. Die Federzunge 50
und das mit dieser verbundene federnde Koppelglied 52 bilden somit eine
Art Koppelgetriebe, dessen Bewegung beim Abtrennen des überstehenden
Klebebandstücks entgegen der Kraft einer Feder bewegbar ist. Die Schneidklinge
besteht zweckmäßig aus einem gehärteten Stahl, während die übrigen
Bauteile als Kunststoffformteile ausgebildet sein können.As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the

dadurch ermöglicht, daß das Umlenkelement 18 beim Abtrennen des überstehenden
Klebebandstücks 62 entgegen der Kraft einer Feder 50 in Richtung
Schneidklinge 24 bewegbar ist. Die Schneidklinge 24 steht dabei in
Wirkverbindung mit dem Umlenkelement 18 und ist unter dessen Einwirkung
zwischen einer eingezogenen Endstellung und einer mit ihrer Schneide 38

- Adhesive tape dispenser having a receptacle (14), which is disposed in a casing (10, 12), for a roll (16) of adhesive tape; having an exit gap (20), which is disposed on the casing at a distance from the receptacle (14) and is delimited on one side by a deflecting element (18), for the adhesive tape (22) to be dispensed; and having a cutting blade (24), which is disposed on the side of the deflecting element at a distance from the exit gap (20), for severing a projecting piece (62) of adhesive tape, wherein the deflecting element (18) can be moved in the direction of the cutting blade (24) against the force of a spring (50, 52) when the projecting piece (62) of adhesive tape is severed, and wherein the cutting blade (24) is in operative connection with the deflecting element (18) and can be moved, under the action of the latter, between a drawn-in end position and an end position in which it projects, with its cutting edge (38), above the casing, characterised in that the deflecting element (18) is disposed at the free end of a spring tongue (50) which is clamped in on the casing (10), and that said spring tongue (50) is coupled to the cutting blade (24) via a resilient coupling member (52).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to claim 1, characterised in that the cutting blade (24) is disposed in a sliding guide (56) in the casing (10).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the resilient coupling member (52) is constructed as a bending spring which engages, at one of its ends, in the sliding guide (56) and carries the cutting blade (24), and is connected, by its other end, to the spring tongue (50) at a distance from the deflecting element (18) and from the clamping-in point (48).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised by a stop (66), which is integral with the casing, for the deflecting element (18).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the spring tongue (50) and the resilient coupling member (52) are constructed, preferably from plastic, as a one-piece moulding.
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to claim 5, characterised in that the cutting blade (24) is embedded in the moulding.
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the casing consists of two casing shells (10, 12) which can be swivelled in relation to one another about an axis of pivoting (28) parallel to the axis of dispensing of the roll (16) of adhesive tape, and which can be detachably latched to one another in their closed position.
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to claim 7, characterised in that the two casing shells (10, 12) form a joint standing surface (26) at one of their ends at the axis of pivoting and, with their other end, jointly delimit the exit gap (20) which points obliquely upwards with respect to said standing surface (26).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to claim 8, characterised in that the cutting blade (24) is disposed on one of the casing shells (10), above the exit gap (20) with respect to the standing surface.
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to claim 9, characterised in that the cutting edge (38) of the cutting blade (24) can be displaced through a slot-type opening (40) in the casing shell (10) in question, which opening is parallel to the exit gap (20).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 8 to 10, characterised in that the spring tongue (50) which is supported on the casing shell (10) on the cutting-blade side engages in a gap-delimiting manner, with its front end which carries the deflecting element (18), in an exit channel (36), which is open at the rim, in the other casing shell (12).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 7 to 11, characterised in that the receptacle for the roll (16) of adhesive tape is constructed as a slip-in spindle (14) which can be fixed in a torsion-proof manner to one of the casing shells (12).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to claim 12, characterised in that the slip-in spindle (14) can be slipped in a torsion-proof manner onto holding tongues (42) projecting above one casing shell (12).
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 12 or 13, characterised in that the slip-in spindle (14) engages in a form-locking manner with its non-circular ends (44) in a non-circular opening (46) formed between the two casing shells.
- Adhesive tape dispenser according to one of claims 7 to 14, characterised in that the receptacle for the roll of adhesive tape has two holding tongues (42) which project above one casing shell (12) and can be spread open resiliently in relation to one another and onto whose inner sides that face towards one another a cylindrical holding ring (70) for slipping on the roll of adhesive tape is moulded in each case.
