Description
The present invention relates to a display of spectacle lenses by a practitioner.
For the presentation of spectacle lenses, practitioners use eyecards, which include a circular frame spectacle frame, this frame being generally pivotally mounted on a tray of presentation.
An exemplary embodiment of such a lens is described in the US-A-1,547,142.
Also known from EP 0 654 237 belonging to the Applicant, a presentation case for glasses of glasses that includes, on the one hand, a tray clean to receive a spectacle lens to present, and, on the other hand, two half-hulls, which, mounted pivoting on the edge of the plateau, are each movable between a closed position, in which they together form a protective shell of the tray, and a position of opening, in which they unmask, on the contrary, this one.
The major disadvantage of such displays is that they do not allow present only one glass of glasses at a time.
Moreover, to demonstrate the effectiveness of an anti-reflection treatment on a glass of glasses, there is already a presentation glass whose center only is anti-reflective.
Finally, we already know a plan display, with slots in which are inserted different glasses of glasses cut in two by their diameter.
However, with such a plan display, the comparison of two glasses different is complex because it requires the manipulation of said glasses especially to extract them from the display.
In addition, such a display is relatively bulky and impractical.
In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, the present invention proposes a new display of spectacle lenses, characterized in that it comprises at least two branches each supporting a respective one of at least two portions of glasses of different glasses, said branches being movable one relative to each other to position said portions of glasses of edge glasses on board by their diameter, while said branches are mounted on a platinum having a surface facing said portions of glasses.
- démontrer l'efficacité d'un traitement anti-reflet sur une des portions de verres ;
- montrer la différence de courbure entre les portions de verres présentées ;
- demonstrate the effectiveness of anti-reflective treatment on one of the glass portions;
- show the difference in curvature between the glass portions presented;
- show the difference in thickness between the glass portions presented; and
- show the asphericity of said glass portions presented.
- lesdites branches sont montées sur une platine dont la surface en regard desdites branches est apte à absorber la lumière. Préférentiellement, ladite surface est de couleur noir mat. Cela permet de mieux faire apparaítre la différence qui existe entre un verre comportant un traitement anti-reflet et un verre sans traitement anti-reflet ;
- ladite platine comporte sur sa tranche un plat et chaque branche comprend sur sa tranche externe, au niveau de son extrémité libre, un plat, les deux plats des branches alignés formant un plat unique parallèle à celui de la platine, permettant de poser verticalement le présentoir sur un support. Ainsi, un tel présentoir posé verticalement, prend peu de place sur un bureau d'un praticien ;
- said branches are mounted on a plate whose surface facing said branches is able to absorb the light. Preferably, said surface is of a matt black color. This makes it possible to better show the difference between a glass having an anti-reflection treatment and a glass without anti-reflection treatment;
- said platen comprises on its edge a flat and each branch comprises on its outer edge, at its free end, a flat, the two flats of the aligned branches forming a single flat parallel to that of the platen, for placing the display vertically on a support. Thus, such a display stand vertically, takes up little space on a desk of a practitioner;
- said branches are hinged relative to each other by means of a pin axis perpendicular to the plane containing said branches. According to one embodiment of the invention, said branches are fitted on one another at one of their ends, said nested ends of said branches being pierced with an orifice for their mounting on the pivot. Said pivot may comprise a screw passing through the superimposed mounting holes of said branches and screwed into a threaded shaft. The branches thus articulated are easy to handle; and
- said branches have the shape of a semicircle.
The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings, given in as non-limiting examples, will make clear what the invention consists of and how it can be done.
