Claims (9)
- Buse de pulvérisation d'une surface, comprenant un logement muni d'un canal d'alimentation et un orifice de sortie pour le liquide à pulvériser ainsi qu'une plaque de rebondissement prévue pour dévier le jet sortant de l'orifice de sortie, laquelle plaque est disposée sur une tige de commande (16) guidée centralement dans le canal d'alimentation (14), ferme l'orifice de sortie dans l'une de ses positions finales et peut être déplacée contre la force d'un ressort de rappel (5) par la pression du liquide dans une seconde position finale définie par une butée (18), position dans laquelle elle se trouve à distance de l'orifice de sortie, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice de sortie se trouve sur la surface à pulvériser (3a), et en ce que la surface (20) de la plaque de rebondissement (6) tournée vers l'orifice de sortie s'étend au moins dans la zone radialement extérieure dans un plan qui est vertical à l'axe (21) de la tige de commande (16), de sorte que le liquide sortant de la buse soit guidé sur la tige de commande (16), puis dévié dans une direction s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de sortie initiale et frappe la surface à pulvériser (3a) par un impact sur la surface (20) sous la forme d'un éventail de pulvérisation (9) orienté vers l'arrière.
- Buse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que la tige de commande (16) traverse un espace annulaire (8) se trouvant devant l'orifice de sortie. - Buse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone de transition entre la tige de commande (16) et la plaque de rebondissement (6) est prévue un arrondissage (19).
- Buse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la butée est formée par un piston (4) qui est disposé à l'extrémité de la tige de commande (16) opposée à la plaque de rebondissement (6) et est déplaçable d'une longueur prédéterminée dans un vérin de guidage (14a).
- Buse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le piston (4) sert d'appui pour un ressort de renvoi (5) disposé autour de la tige de commande (16) et servant de ressort de rappel.
- Buse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la seconde extrémité du ressort de renvoi (5) est adjacente à un disque de guidage (7) dans le canal d'alimentation (14) qui sert de guidage pour la tige de commande (16).
- Buse selon la revendication 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le piston (4) et le disque de guidage (7) sont munis d'orifices de passage (4a, 7a) pour le liquide à pulvériser.
- Buse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le logement (2a) est muni d'une bride (2b) dont le côté détourné du logement (2a) s'aligne sur la plaque de rebondissement (6) dans sa position hors service.
- Buse selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la bride (2b) est insérée dans la surface (3a, 3) à pulvériser de sorte que sa face externe en alignement avec la plaque de rebondissement (6) s'aligne également sur la surface (3a).
