Abstract

Handstempel, mit einem Griffteil (5), der über einen Schaftteil (6) mit einem einen Aufsetzrahmen bildenden Aufnahmegehäuse (1) eines Stempelplattenhalters (3) verbunden und relativ zum Aufnahmegehäuse bewegbar ist, um den Stempelplattenhalter über einen höhenverstellbaren Stössel (4) aus einer Ruhestellung gegen eine Federkraft in die Druckstellung zu bewegen, wobei der Griffteil mit dem Aufnahmegehäuse des Stempelplattenhalters über einen flexiblen Faltenbalgen (6) verbunden ist und eine abnehmbare Kappe (5''') aufweist, welche den Zutritt zu dem verstellbaren Stössel gestattet, und wobei eine Aufnahmewanne (9) der Stempelplatte (2) über eine (3', 9') Schnappverbindung mit dem Stempelplattenhalter lösbar verbunden ist.

Description

Handstempel
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Handstempel, mit einem Griffteil, der über einen Schaftteil mit einem einen Aufsetzrahmen bildenden Aufnahmegehause eines Stempelplattenhalters verbunden und relativ zum Aufnahmegehause bewegbar ist, um den Stempelplattenhalter über einen hόhenverstellbaren Stössel aus einer Ruhestellung gegen eine Federkraft in die Druckstellung zu bewegen. Bei einem aus der DE-OS 26 15 090 bekannten Stempel dieser Art ist die wirksame Lange des Stossels durch einen Schraubteil des Schaftes einstellbar, um den Stempel auf unterschiedlich hohe Stempelplatten einstellen zu können. Die Einstellung erfolgt über einen mit einem Schraubteil verbundenen, von der Stempelaußenseite betatigbaren Einstellring. hnliche Konstruktionen sind aus den US-A-5, 111.745 und US-A-5, 377.599 bekannt. Bei einer anderen, aus der GB 2 226 276 bekannten Ausführung ist ein relativ komplizierter, vom Handgriff betätigbarer Mechanismus zum Einstellen des Stempeigehauses vorgesehen. Der wesentliche Nachteil dieser konstruktiv relativ aufwendigen bekannten Auslühiungeii beste clanu, daß die von außen betatigbaren EinStelleinrichtungen unbeabsichtigt verstellt und der Stempelabdruck dadurch beeinträchtigt werden kann. Außerdem ist die Montage verschieden hoher Stempelplatten schwierig, weil diese in den mit dem Stössel verbundenen Stempelplattenhalter eingeklebt werden müssen.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, die Nachteile der bekannten Stempel zu vermeiden und einen Handstempel zu schaffen, der konstruktiv einfach gestaltet und sicher m der Handhabung ist. Der Stempel soll sich zugleich für unterschiedlich hohe Stempelplatten eignen, die im Stempel auf einfache Weise befestigbar sein sollen. Der erfmdungsgemaße Stempel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß der Griffteil mit dem Aufnahmegehause des Stempelplattenhalters über einen flexiblen, vorzugsweise emstuckig mit dem Betatigungsgriff ausgebildeten Faltenbalgen verbunden ist und eine abnehmbare Kappe aufweist, welche den Zutritt zu dem verstellbaren Stössel gestattet, und daß eine Aufnahmewanne der Stempelplatte über eine Schnappverbindung mit dem Stempelplattenhalter lösbar verbunden ist.
Durch die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion wird eine ungewollte Verstellung des Stempels verhindert und zugleich ermög- licht, daß die Stempelplatte als vorgefertigte "pre-ink"-Platte bei der ersten Ingebrauchnahme vom Benutzer selbst montiert und ihre Höheneinstellung exakt festgelegt werden kann, ohne daß die Gefahr einer Fingerverschmutzung besteht. Die unterschiedlichen Stempelplattenstellungen bzw. -höhen werden durch den flexiblen Balgen ausgeglichen.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist die Stempelplattenwanne vor der Montage der Stempelplatte im Stempelplattenhalter in einem Transportgehäuse gelagert, welche form- und kraftschlüssig in die Öffnung des Aufnahmerahmens paßt. Die Stempelplattenwanne kann bei der ersten Ingebrauchnahme des Stempels durch eine Abwärtsbewegung des Stempelplattenhalters von diesem mittels der Rastverbindungselemente aufgenommen werden, ohne daß der Benutzer das Kissen berührt und seine Finger verschmutzt. Die Schnappverbindung ermöglicht es außerdem, die Stempelplatte gegebenenfalls zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt unter Zuhilfenahme eines Werkzeuges gegen eine andere Stempelplatte auszutauschen .
Vorzugsweise ist die Stempelplatte im Falle einer Nachlie- ferung, Ersatzlieferung oder gesonderten Lieferung im Transportgehäuse nach außen durch eine vom Gehäuse abnehmbare Kappe geschützt .
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung von bevorzugten Ausführungsbei- spielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt durch den Stempel im Lieferzustand vor der ersten Ingebrauchnahme,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 einen Axialschnitt des betätigten Stempels und Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch die Stempelplatte samt Liefergehäuse .
Gemäß den Fig. 1 bis 3 hat der Stempel ein einen rechtek- kigen Aufsetzrahmen 1' bildendes Aufnahmegehause 1 für eine Stempelplatte 2, die in einem Halter 3 sitzt, welcher über einen Stössel 4 mit einem Betätigungsgriff 5 des Stempels verbunden ist. Zwischen dem Betätigungsgriff 5 und dem Aufnahmegehause 1 ist ein flexibler Faltenbalg 6 angeordnet, der z.B. ein- stückig mit dem Betätigungsgriff 5 aus Kunststoff durch Spritzgießen ausgebildet werden kann.
Der Stössel 4 ist mittels eines Schraubgewindeabschnittes 4' in einen Schraubgewindeabschnitt 5" eines inneren Axialansatzes 5' des Betätigungsgriffes 5 eingeschraubt und vom Inne- ren des Griffes 5 her zur Verstellung der Stempelhubhöhe einstellbar. Zu diesem Zweck weist der Griff 5 eine abnehmbare Kappe 5"' auf. Wie die Zeichnung zeigt, umgibt den Schraubgewindeabschnitt 4' des Stössels 4 eine Schraubenfeder 7, welche den Griff 5 relativ zum Aufnahmegehause 1 nach oben vorspannt. Wie aus den Fig. 1 und 2 weiters hervorgeht, ist in der Öffnung des Aufnahmegehäuses 1 ein wannenförmiges Transportgehäuse 8 für die in eine Wanne 9 eingefügte Stempelplatte 2 form- und kraftschlüssig über Rastelemente 8', 1" aufgenommen. Dadurch ist der Stempel für Transport- und Lagerzwecke noch bis zur erstmaligen Ingebrauchnahme nach unten abgeschlossen.
Die S leii-peipldt Lenwanne 9 wird in den Haltei 3 duich eine Schnappverbindung eingerastet. Hiezu wird der Halter 3 mittels des Betätigungsgriffes 5 und des Stössels 4 in dem formschlüssig auf dem Transportgehäuse 8 sitzenden Aufnahmerahmen 1 nach unten gedrückt, bis die Stempelplattenwanne 9 im Halter 3 über Rastelemente 3', 9' einschnappt. Das Transportgehäuse 8 wird vom Aufnahmegehause 1 abgenommen und der Stempel ist sodann gebrauchsfertig. Die Montage der Stempelplatte 2 erfolgt auf diese Weise, ohne daß der Benutzer die Platte zu berühren braucht.
Gemäß Fig. 4 wird zur Lieferung bzw. Nachlieferung von Stempelplatten 2 das Transportgehäuse 8, in welchem die Stempelplattenwanne 9 ruht, mit einer Schutzkappe 10 abgedeckt.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, unterschiedlich gestaltete voreingefärbte Stempelplatten zu verwenden und diese infolge der Rastverbindung ihrer Wannen mit dem Halter auszuwechseln, gegebenenfalls unter Zuhilfenahme eines Werkzeuges. Die Stempelplatten können in der Wanne 9 insbesondere zwei- oder mehrfach geteilt sein, um unterschiedliche Motive und/oder Farben zu drucken. Die Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen eine durch Wannenstege 9" vierteilige Stempelplatte 2.
Die Abnahme der Handgriffkappe 5"' ermöglicht es, den Stempel auf den Kopf zu stellen und nachzutränken, oder eben die Textplatte mit Hilfe eines Werkzeuges zu wechseln.

Claims

Patentansprüche :
1. Handstempel, mit einem Griffteil, der über einen Schaftteil mit einem einen Aufsetzrahmen bildenden Aufnahmege- häuse eines Stempelplattenhalters verbunden und relativ zum Aufnahmegehause bewegbar ist, um den Stempelplattenhalter über einen höhenverstellbaren Stössel aus einer Ruhestellung gegen eine Federkraft in die Druckstellung zu bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griffteil (5) mit dem Aufnahmegeh use (1) des Stempelplattenhalters (3) über einen flexiblen, vorzugsweise einstückig mit dem Betätigungsgriff (5) ausgebildeten Faltenbalgen (6) verbunden ist und eine abnehmbare Kappe (5"') aufweist, welche den Zutritt zu dem verstellbaren Stössel (4) gestattet, und daß eine Aufnahmewanne (9) der Stempelplatte (2) über eine (3?, 9') Schnappverbindung mit dem Stempelplattenhalter (3) lösbar verbunden ist.
2. Handstempel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempelplattenwanne (9) vor der Montage der Stempelplatte (2) im Stempelplattenhalter (3) in einem Transportgehäu- se (8) gelagert ist, welches form- und kraftschlüssig in die Öffnung de__> Aufnahme-. cthiueιιs_ (1) pctül.
3. Handstempel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportgehäuse (8) der Stempelplatte (2) mit einer Kappe (10) verschließbar ist, um einen vom Stempel gesonderten Transport der Stempelplatte zu ermöglichen.
4. Handstempel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempelplattenwanne (9) in ihrem Inneren durch Stege (9") in Abteile unterteilt ist.
