Abstract
In einem Steckverbinder weisen ein erstes Steckverbinderteil, insbesondere ein Stecker, und ein zweites Steckverbinderteil, insbesondere eine Buchse oder ein Gehäuseadapter, jeweils einen ersten bzw. zweiten Kontakteinsatz (2,4) auf. Um den ersten Kontakteinsatz des Steckers ist ein hülsenförmiger Rastkörper (7) angeordnet, aus dem in Längsrichtung des Steckverbinders verlaufende, federnde Rastbalken (14) mit Rasterhebungen (16) ausgeformt sind, die geeignet sind, eine innen aus dem Gehäuseadapter ausgeformte ringförmige Nut (24) zu hintergreifen (Verrieglungsstellung). Der Stecker umfasst einen äußeren, hülsenförmigen Betätigungsschieber (8), der entgegen einer Federkraft in Längsrichtung des Steckverbinders zurückschiebbar ist (Entriegelungsstellung) und geeignet ist, mindestens ein Verriegelungselement zu betätigen, welches in Längsrichtung des Steckverbinders unter einem Abschnitt des Rastbalkens (14) verschiebbar ist und geeignet ist, den Rastbalken abzustützen (Verriegelungsstellung). Um diesen Steckverbinder fertigungs- und montagegünstig zu gestalten, sind die aus dem Rastkörper (7) ausgeformten Rastbalken (14) mit Rasterhebungen (16) außerhalb des Betätigungsschiebers (8) mit einem von diesem entfernten Ende des Rastkörpers (7) verbunden. Das Verriegelungselement ist als Schiebersteg aus einem dem Rastkörper (7) zugewandten Ende des Betätigungsschiebers (8) derart ausgeformt, dass es unter ein freies Ende mindestens eines der Rastbalken (14) greift, wenn der Betätigungsschieber (8) unter der Federkraft vorgeschoben ist. The plug comprises an outer, sleeve-shaped actuating slide (8) which is retractable against a spring force in the longitudinal direction of the connector (unlocking position) and is adapted to actuate at least one locking element, which in the longitudinal direction of the connector under a portion of the locking bar (14) is displaceable and is adapted to support the locking bar (locking position). In order to make these connectors production and installation favorable, the latching body (7) formed locking bar (14) with grid elevations (16) outside of the actuating slide (8) connected to a distal end of the detent body (7). The locking element is designed as a slide web of the latching body (7) facing the end of the actuating slide (8) such that it engages under a free end of at least one of the locking bar (14) when the actuating slide (8) is advanced under the spring force.
