Claims (16)

  1. Récipient ayant une base, une paroi de côté se dressant depuis la base et une bride se projetant vers l'extérieur et s'étendant au moins sur une partie du pourtour de la paroi de côté, le récipient comprenant en outre un dispositif (10) pour identifier l'utilisation projetée du récipient, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif se présente sous la forme d'une pince (17) en forme de « U » pouvant être raccordée à la bride (13), la pince ayant une paire de bras (19) avec une gorge entre eux et dans laquelle la bride peut être reçue, la bride définissant une première face de butée (24) et au moins un bras de la pince ayant une seconde face de butée (21) pouvant être en prise avec ladite première face de butée lorsque la pince est raccordée à la bride de manière à retenir la pince sur la bride durant toute utilisation normale du récipient.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de côté du récipient définie une ouverture à l'intérieur du récipient et il y a un couvercle (11) pour l'ouverture pouvant être raccordé de manière libérable au récipient pour fermer l'ouverture.
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une seconde bride (13) est formée autour du couvercle (11) et un second dispositif (10), pour identifier l'utilisation projetée du récipient avec lequel le couvercle doit être utilisé, est ménagé pour la seconde bride, ledit second dispositif ayant sensiblement la même forme que le dispositif mentionné en premier.
  4. Récipient ayant une base, une paroi de côté s'élevant depuis la base et définissant une ouverture, un couvercle (11) raccordé de manière libérable au récipient pour fermer l'ouverture, et une bride se projetant vers l'extérieur s'étendant sur au moins une partie du pourtour de la paroi de côté, le récipient comprenant en outre un dispositif (10) pour identifier l'utilisation projetée du récipient, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif a la forme d'une pince globalement en « U » pouvant être raccordée à la bride (13) du couvercle, la pince ayant une paire de bras (19) avec une gorge entre eux et dans laquelle la bride peut être reçue, la bride définissant une première face de butée (24) et au moins un bras de la pince ayant une seconde face de butée (21) pouvant être en prise avec ladite première face de butée lorsque la pince est raccordée à la bride de manière à retenir la pince sur la bride durant toute utilisation normale du couvercle.
  5. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première face de butée (24) est définie par au moins certaines des parois d'une ouverture formée à travers la bride (13).
  6. Récipient selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture a la forme soit d'un trou sensiblement rond (30) soit une entaille s'étendant sensiblement parallèle à un bord adjacent de la bride (13).
  7. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première face de butée (24) est définie par une rainure formée dans l'épaisseur de la bride (13) et s'étendant parallèle à un bord adjacent de la bride.
  8. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la seconde face de butée (21) est définie par une barbe (32) formée sur la surface dirigée vers l'intérieur de l'un des bras de la pince (31), et en option l'autre bras de la pince porte une barbe (32) opposée à ladite barbe située sur ledit premier bras de la pince, lesdites barbes opposées étant en prise avec la première face de butée correspondante (24) située sur la bride (13).
  9. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première face de butée (24) est formée par une paroi d'une entaille rentrante (26) s'étendant dans la bride (13) à partir d'un bord de celle-ci, un ergot (22) étant reçu dans ladite entaille s'étendant en travers de la gorge de la pince, ledit ergot définissant la seconde face de butée.
  10. Récipient selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une seconde entaille rentrante (45) est formée dans la bride espacée de la première entaille rentrante (45), la pince ayant des ergots (49) espacés de manière correspondante dans la gorge de celle-ci.
  11. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bride (13) est réduite sur la zone où la pince (17) est reçue, de sorte que la pince ne dépasse pas de la bride par l'épaisseur totale des bras de la pince lorsque la pince est reçue sur la bride.
  12. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités de la pince sont disposées entre une paire d'épaulements (16) se dressant depuis la bride.
  13. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces dirigées vers l'intérieur des bras (19) de la pince sont supportées sur les surfaces correspondantes de la bride pour empêcher un mouvement en rotation de la pince.
  14. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les longs bords libres des bras (19) de la pince sont supportés sur les parois de côté du récipient ou du couvercle à partir duquel se projette la bride (13).
  15. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pince est codée avec une couleur pour indiquer le contenu du récipient, et en option il y a une multiplicité de pinces colorées de manière individuelle, de sorte qu'un utilisateur peut sélectionner une couleur appropriée pour le contenu projeté et ensuite identifier le récipient avec une pince de la couleur appropriée pour l'utilisation projetée.
  16. Récipient selon la revendication 15 et possédant un couvercle, en combinaison avec une multiplicité de pinces colorées de manière individuelle, de sorte qu'un utilisateur puisse choisir une couleur appropriée pour le contenu projeté et ensuite identifier le couvercle avec une pince de la couleur appropriée pour l'utilisation projetée, ladite pince de couvercle étant de la même couleur que la pince du récipient.
