Definitions

  • the invention relates to a reclosable tubular bag pack consisting of a moisture-proof shell made of a flat, foldable packaging material is formed, of which two are strip-shaped Edge zones on the inside in a connection area by a peelable cold seal are interconnected, and the after edge area coming to the outside form the connection area of a strip-like edge area.
  • the invention further relates to the use of this tubular bag pack for packaging moisture-sensitive packaged goods, preferably paper for inkjet printers.
  • sealed edge flat packs there are three side packs Sealing seams are provided, while one instead of the fourth sealing seam Opening aid in the form of perforated hard rubber bands is provided. Due to the perforation, the airtightness of the pack and on the other hand, their resealability is guaranteed.
  • This Sealed-edge flat bag packs are not only suitable for packaging of food but also for packaging moisture-sensitive, technical materials such as Inkjet paper. This is not only increasing Printing of stored computer texts but also for graphic representations as well as used for photographs. Does that come However, paper in contact with moisture changes its shape decisive and the generated print or photographic image can no longer are reproduced dimensionally.
  • the sealed edge flat bag packs are moisture-resistant and are also resealable is their manufacture relatively complex, since the above opening aid only with high Machine effort can be fitted precisely in the edge area. Furthermore, the sealed-edge flat bag pack is for the packaging of Inkjet printer paper is not very consumer-friendly, since the Removal of individual papers these are regularly crumpled and thereby the required dimensional stability for the precise printing no longer meet.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to be resealable and specify moisture-proof packs that are easy to manufacture and are consumer friendly at the same time.
  • a tubular bag pack is therefore the beginning proposed type, which is characterized in that the strip-shaped edge area projecting beyond the connection area to Opening the tubular pouch serves and during the opening process from Connection area is peeled (peeled), and that for reclosing the tube bag pack in this strip-shaped Edge area several punching or punching are provided, which at least in the area of punching or punching with a permanent adhesive coating are provided.
  • tubular bag pack Packaging material from a multi-layer composite, which on its Has a plastic film on the outside, preferably an OPP film, which is provided with a permanent adhesive coating on its underside.
  • a multi-layer composite which on its Has a plastic film on the outside, preferably an OPP film, which is provided with a permanent adhesive coating on its underside.
  • punched or punched holes are advantageously in their area all multi-layer composite layers with the exception of the plastic film and the aforementioned permanent adhesive coating removed.
  • This will in Area of punching or punching advantageously the Resealability of the tubular bag pack causes, conditionally by the on the underside of the plastic film, preferably the OPP film, applied permanent adhesive coating.
  • This permanent adhesive coating also serves to connect the different ones Layers in the packaging material network.
  • tubular bag pack according to the invention is that all in the area of punching or punching Packaging material layers are removed, and to reclose Adhesive film is provided in the area of this punching or punching.
  • This adhesive film advantageously consists of a carrier layer and a permanent adhesive coating applied to this.
  • the packaging material for this variant of the invention of tube bag packs can be used advantageously from one or more layers of packaging material, selected from the group aluminum, paper or plastic foils.
  • tubular bag packaging variants for packaging moisture sensitive Packaged goods specified, in particular their use for packaging moisture sensitive inkjet printer paper.
  • Figure 1 shows the tube bag package 1 according to the invention, wherein one which in a strip-shaped connection area 4 by a Cold sealing 8 interconnected strip-shaped edge zones 2 and 3 recognizes. These are called “fins" on the surface of the Cover wrapped.
  • the one coming to the outside Edge zone 2 is wider than edge zone 3, so that between the Edge 6 and the edge 7 of the bottom edge zone 3 strip-shaped area 5 remains, which is above those below Edge zone 3 protrudes.
  • These punchings 9 and 10 are provided. These punchings can either already be delivered in the packaging material web be present or on the packaging machine shortly before the formation of the Packaging material hose are punched. In any case, they are Punching or punching through printer brands (not shown) marked so that it is from one in the out or Punching device attached sensor can be determined. This is a precise punching or punching within the Area 5 possible.
  • the tubular bag pack 1 When the tubular bag pack 1 is opened, it becomes strip-shaped Area 5 drawn in the direction of arrow 12, with the applied force of the edge area 2 by the cold adhesive coating 8 can be peeled off and peeled and thereby the consumer in easy access to the packaged goods is possible.
  • the reclosure of the tubular bag pack 1 is by a Permanent adhesive coating 15, 19 possible.
  • a Permanent adhesive coating 15 19 possible.
  • FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 There are two Variants according to the invention according to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are available.
  • punching or punching 9 is performed in the area by means of a Plastic film, preferably OPP film 14 of the packaging multilayer composite 13 provided permanent adhesive coating 15 the Resealability of the tubular bag pack 1 is generated.
  • This serves not only for adhesive adhesion to the plastic film 14 of the Material layer of the lower edge area 3 in the punched area 9 for the Reseal, but also for gluing the material layers 14 and 16 in the packaging material group 13.
  • this three-layer material composite 13 for example, an approximately 0.015 to 0.020 mm thick biaxially stretched polypropylene film (OPP film) 14, a permanent adhesive coating 15, which covers the OPP film 14 with an aluminum / paper composite 16, is used, going from the outside inwards combines.
  • This aluminum / paper composite 16 is formed from an approximately 0.007 to 0.009 mm thick optionally printed aluminum foil and a paper with a grammage of 30-100 g / m 2 .
  • a cold adhesive coating based on latex is used in the profile (not shown) to an extent of about 2-7 g / m 2 solid.
  • the punching or punching 9 are now using printer marks (not shown) manufactured, its dimensions on the packaging material are marked so that the aluminum / paper composite 16 to can be removed to the permanent adhesive coating 15.
  • Packaging materials consist of a single layer 11.
  • packaging materials are used for aluminum foils, paper or plastic films. Both are in turn in the area of the Finn Edge zones 2 and 3 connected by means of a cold adhesive coating 8.
  • the Punching or punching 10 are made such that in this Area the packaging material is completely removed. This happens again in that the dimensions of the punching or punching on the packaging material by printing marks (not shown) are marked, which for a sensor in the off or Punching device are readable.
  • Bridging the area within the cut-out 10 is made by an adhesive film 17. This consists of the carrier layer 18 and an applied thereon Permanent adhesive coating 19. This advantageously extends over almost the entire width of the strip-like edge region 5.
  • the adhesive film 17 is advantageously used in the packaging machine continuously applied to the packaging material. After opening the tubular bag pack 1 in the direction of the arrow 12 according to FIG. 1 takes place again by briefly pressing in area 10 by the On the one hand, consumers are bridging the area due to the Adhesive film 17 and on the other hand a permanent bond with the underlying material layer 3 due to the measure of Permanent adhesive coating 19. Also with this variant according to section III - III in Figure 1 is both their resealability and their Moisture resistance guaranteed after opening the package.
  • the inventive variants of the tubular bag pack 1 according to Figure 2 and Figure 3 are used for packaging moisture sensitive Packaged goods, whereby this not only, as is usual with tubular bag packs, for food but also for technical materials.
  • Tubular bags can use this moisture sensitive paper are packaged in a consumer-friendly manner so that even individual layers of paper, can easily be removed without crumpling. After this Resealing the tubular pouch can do the rest Paper must be sealed moisture-proof due to the measure according to the invention of a permanent adhesive coating, which on the one hand through an OPP film provided in the packaging material composite with a permanent adhesive coating or on the other hand by a moisture-resistant adhesive film is formed.
