Definitions

  • the invention relates to a transport train, in particular for the transportation of people, according to the preamble of the independent claim
  • train-like car compositions are often used, which generally consist of a drive car and a more or less large number of trailer cars and usually of a traveling car Person to be steered
  • Such car compositions are not rail-bound and can therefore move freely around the country, at least from a technical point of view
  • the trailer cars of such car compositions are generally of classic design, ie they comprise front and rear wheels and an open or closed passenger cabin, the front wheels and in special cases also the rear wheels being steerable.
  • the front wheels are generally steered by means of a drawbar, which Connects the car with the one in front of it

  • the steaming construction shown with two telescopic steamers can (empirically) reliably prevent the snake movement and the transmission of the same from the rear to the trailer cars lying further ahead if the steaming effect is suitably adjusted.A further improvement or refinement can be achieved if the steaming effect is regulated depending on the load is, with a lower load the car has a lower damping effect and vice versa
  • the transport train according to the invention is structurally very simple and is particularly suitable as a means of transport for short-distance traffic in shuttle mode. It can be steered or remotely controlled by a person traveling with it, or it can preferably be equipped with an automatic navigation system, in particular a laser navigation system N (FIG. 1). which enables driverless operation.
  • a navigation system is based on active or passive bearing marks, e.g. laser reflectors, distributed in the terrain in which the train is moving, and moves according to a predetermined plan. Suitable navigation systems are known and therefore require no further explanation
