Claims (9)

  1.   3. Bobonne de gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité du bouchon (4) placée dans le col (2) présente un tel chanfrein (9) que la sphère (3) ne peut pas stopper l'entrée de gaz à l'intérieur du bouchon (4) après le percement de la membrane (7) du bouchon (4).
  4. Bobonne de gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rapport de la densité massique moyenne des matériaux dont est faite la sphère (3) et du diamètre de la sphère (3) est tel qu'après le remplissage de la bobonne avec du gaz liquéfié, la sphère (3) est bloquée dans le col (2) sous la pression du gaz et empêche totalement le gaz de s'échapper de la bobonne.
  5. Bobonne de gaz selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la sphère (3) est réalisée dans un matériau élastique faisant ressort.
  6. Bobonne de gaz selon la revendication 4,

  7. Bobonne de gaz selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la sphère (3) est réalisée entièrement en métal dans une gaine élastique faisant ressort.
  8. Procédé de remplissage d'une bobonne de gaz, comprenant la fermeture du col (2) de la bobonne de gaz avec un bouchon (4), l'insertion du bouchon (4) et le soudage de la bride (5) du bouchon (4) sur la face frontale (6) du col (2), caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'opération de remplissage, on place une soupape mobile à l'intérieur du corps (1) de la bobonne, on retourne la bobonne avec le col (2) vers le bas et on la remplit de gaz liquéfié sous pression, on réduit la pression de remplissage en fermant simultanément l'ouverture (12) du col (2) avec la soupape mobile sous la pression de gaz à l'intérieur de la bobonne, un entreposage à long terme de la bobonne remplie jusqu'à sa fermeture avec le bouchon (4) étant possible.
  9. Procédé de remplissage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit une sphère (3) comme soupape mobile à l'intérieur du corps (1) de la bobonne.

Штуцер ввернут в горловину 4 баллона. В стенке штуцера 1 выполнено сквозное отверстие 5, ме>&хду флйнцем и торцом горловины установлено уплотнительное кольцо 6,Устройство' работает следующим образом.Перед заполнением баллона сжатым газом полый штуцер 1 запорного устройства ввинчивают в.горловину 4 баллона так, чтобы сквозное отверстие 5 было свободным. При зар дке сжатый газ через отверстие 5, полость штуцера и горловину 4 заполн ет бгш- лон. После заполнени баллона сжатым газом до рабочего давлени штуцер 1 ввинчиваетс в горловину 4 баллона до отказа.
