Abstract

IMPROVED GARMENT, characterised essentially because it is formed from a garment such as a shirt, T-shirt or blouse, which presents two longitudinal parallel openings centred in the front, creating a space which is filled by an interchangeable central part, attached by means of zip fasteners. <IMAGE>

Description

The object of the present invention, as is expressed in the summary of this descriptive notice, consists of an "IMPROVED GARMENT", principally shirts, T-shirts or blouses for children.
Traditionally there have been in the market garments such as shirts, T-shirts or blouses for children with different structures and finishes, although generally in the form of a single piece, not allowing changes in its conformation, for which reason the resource most frequently employed consists in changing the whole garment.
In some cases there has been a combination of two or more pieces for the conformation of the garment as, for example, hoods or berets, sleeves for the arm or extra lengths for trousers, etc., being attached by a zip fastener or buttons.
These additions of pieces seek to modify the basic piece, complementing it in such a manner that the whole adopts a new use. This is the case, for example, with hoods for the rain, sleeves for the cold, etc.
However, up till now there have not existed garments which permit, by a simple change, an alteration of the colour or structure of, for example, a shirt.
For this reason, this new invention has been developed consisting in an improved garment which permits a change of integral parts of shirts, T-shirts or blouses without the need to change the whole garment.
The same garment can have different fronts of different colours and prints, being able to combine them in accordance with the moment.
It is an important application for children of school age, given that the shirts or T-shirts which they usually wear are easily soiled, also for cooks, as the front is an area very likely be become stained, and for other professional branches such as, for example, stewardesses, waiters and taxi drivers.
Basically, the novel improved garment is formed from a garment such as a shirt, T-shirt or blouse of normal constitution except at the front, where it shows, instead of the normal single opening, two parallel longitudinal openings, or in another appropriate form, leaving a central space to be filled by an interchangeable piece.
This central interchangeable part is attached by means of zip fasteners placed on both lateral edges complementary to those on the edges of the central space of the garment.
At the same time, this central interchangeable part can optionally present some extensions of cloth over the zip fasteners which carry out the function of hiding them.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
With the purpose of illustrating what has been described, there is attached to the present descriptive memorandum, forming an integral part of it, a sheet of drawings representing in a simplified and schematic manner an example, merely as an illustration but not limiting, of the practical carrying out of the invention.
In these drawings, figure 1 shows a front view with both parts of the garment attached together.
Figure 2 shows another view of the garment seen in figure 1.
Figure 3 shows a back view of the improved garment.
DESCRIPTION OF A PRACTICAL CASE
The new improved garment is formed from a garment such as a shirt, T-shirt or blouse of normal constitution (1), which presents two areas of attachment, longitudinal and parallel (2), or in any other appropriate form, which enable another piece (3) to be joined to fill the area between them, by means of the respective appropriate zip fasteners (2).
At the same time, this central interchangeable part presents optionally some extensions of fabric over the zip fastener, not illustrated, to carry out the function of hiding them.
Having established the concept expressed, hereunder is set out the note of claims, thus summarising the novelties which it is wished to claim:

Claims (2)

  1. An "IMPROVED GARMENT" characterised essentially by being formed from a garment such as a shirt, T-shirt or blouse (1), which presents two longitudinal and parallel openings (2) centred in its front, which create a space where a central interchangeable part (3) can be attached by zip fasteners.
  2. "IMPROVED GARMENT" in accordance with the above claim, characterised because the central interchangeable part (3) has, optionally, some lateral extensions of fabric over the zip fasteners, thus hiding them.
