The unit includes a flexible-walled container containing the absorbent structure, and at least one sachet containing the component. The sachet is capable of opening in response to pressure exerted on the sachet via at least one flexible wall of the container so as to cause the absorbent structure to become impregnated with the liquid composition containing the component, the sachet and the absorbent structure being free inside the container. The unit may be used for treatment, particularly cosmetic treatment, of the human skin and its superficial body growths.

Description

The invention relates to an assembly according to the preamble of claim 1, in particular for cosmetic treatment, comprising at least two elements to be brought into contact with each other, before application on a support, as well as the use of such a set for applying the product obtained from said elements, on said support, by example on the skin, or on the hair.

The assembly covered by the present invention is of the type comprising a container flexible exterior, in particular in the form of an exterior bag with flexible walls forming a receptacle for said elements. More specifically, at least one of said elements is an inner bag with a frangible wall, in which is packaged a liquid product to be stored away from ambient air and / or on the other (other) element (s). At least one of the other elements arranged in the tank consists of an absorbent structure. If applicable, the tank may contain, in addition, a powder or a paste, or another liquid.

The assembly according to the invention is designed for the application of a product resulting from contacting " in situ " from several starting elements packaged separately. In particular, the resulting product can be a mask or a wipe impregnated with at least one product, in particular a liquid. More specifically, it may be an absorbent structure, for example of the wipe, woven, nonwoven gauze, foam type, impregnated or not with a cosmetically or dermo-pharmaceutically active agent.

The assembly covered by the invention can be used, in particular, in the context of a treatment to prevent or treat the signs of aging skin, such as wrinkles and fine lines, signs of fatigue, especially those of the face, neck or cleavage, or to perform a slimming treatment of certain body areas. Also, such a set can be used for weight loss treatment hips, thighs, stomach, breast firming treatment, treatment of cellulite and adiposity, or simply to cleanse the skin.

The areas of the face targeted by the invention may be the wrinkles around the edges of the eyes, such as crow's feet from the outer corner of the eyes, dark circles and bags under the eyes, wrinkles or fine lines on the corners of the lips, etc.

Such a set can also be used for hair dyeing by oxidation or to the treatment of permanent waving of the hair. This kind of products is usually made up of at least two liquid components, to keep separately and mix just before use, and fix on a support absorbent during use.

The outer container consists of two sheets superimposed thermoplastics, the edges of a first sheet being welded, of tightly, on the corresponding edges of the second sheet. The bag internal is made of a material provided with a pre-weakened area, bursting under the action of pressure exerted via the walls of the outer container. One of the edges of the inner bag is sandwiched and sealed between two edges of the container outside, so as to immobilize the sachet in the container.

One of the drawbacks of such an arrangement is that the welding of the edge of the pouch between the edges of the outer container weakens tightness, or even a risk of leakage, which can occur, in particular, before the opening of the interior pocket during the application of said pressure. In addition, according to WO 94/03369, the choice of material which can constitute the pocket is limited because this material must be compatible with the material constituting the wall of the outer container, whereas it is desirable, in particular, that this material can be chosen according to the nature of the substance enclosed in the pouch.

Furthermore, this assembly has the disadvantage that the pre-weakened area of the pouch constitutes a risk of permeability for certain substances, which may cause early contact or deactivation of another component, present in the container. This is the case, especially when the substance in the pouch has a strong oxidizing or reducing power, likely to degrade the other component.

Finally, this pre-weakened area is difficult to control, so as to ensure its rupture at a determined pressure on the cover. As a result, the strength of compression required for opening may vary from pocket to pocket.

By document US-A-2 907 173, there is known a flexible container containing a first liquid and a sachet filled with a second liquid. The bag is frangible so as to allow the two liquids to come into contact in order to obtain a refrigerant mixture. On the inner walls of the container is fixed a layer promoting the diffusion of the mixture.

Document US-A-3 638 786 describes a packaging allowing, by reaction exothermic of several suitable liquid components, to produce a hot foam. This packaging includes a first outer sachet, of flexible structure and containing a first liquid. In addition, a second sachet filled with a second liquid being placed inside the first sachet. The second sachet is frangible so as to bring the two into contact liquids, in order to obtain a foaming mixture, to be applied on a support after opening of the first sachet.

Furthermore, document WO-A-96/28262, which is the closest prior art, describes a cleaning assembly comprising an external receptacle separately containing a multitude of cleaning towels and a liquid to soak the towels. The liquid is packaged in a pocket formed by a sheet and an internal face of the wall from the outer receptacle. Said sheet is arranged fixed opposite the towels. It includes opening means to cause the liquid to flow over towels. This set is for use limited to viscosity liquids low. The impregnation of the towels, at least initially, is inhomogeneous.

One of the objects of the present invention therefore consists in providing a set of processing, allowing the reliable storage of at least one absorbent element and at least one element, preferably liquid, and allow their contacting away from the ambient air. The invention relates, in particular, to a homogeneous impregnation of the absorbent element with the liquid, regardless of or the consistency of the latter.

Another problem which the present invention seeks to solve is that of being able place one or more sachets inside the container, regardless of the nature of the material constituting them. The sachets covered by the invention must present, in particular, a perfect seal vis-à-vis the product they contain, during transport and during the storage period.

It is also one of the objects of the present invention to provide a set treatment, suitable in particular for treating the skin or the hair, starting from at least two basic elements, to be brought into contact with each other, extemporaneous way, and to apply thereafter on the skin or on the hair.

The subject of the present invention is an assembly for packaging at least at least one absorbent structure, according to claim 1, in particular of a wipe, a patch or a mask, and intended to be impregnated with a liquid composition of which at least a component, preferably liquid, is packaged separately from said absorbent structure, said absorbent structure being intended after impregnation with said liquid composition, to be applied to a support, in particular the skin or the hair, said assembly comprising a container for flexible walls containing said absorbent structure, and at least one sachet containing said component, said sachet being able to open in response to a pressure exerted on said sachet via the flexible walls of the container, so to cause the impregnation of said absorbent structure by said composition liquid containing said component, said sachet and said absorbent structure being free inside the container, said container being designed so as to be able to be opened to extract the absorbent structure so impregnated in view of its application on said support.

Within the meaning of the present application, an absorbent structure means a structure able to soak up according to an absorption mechanism such as pumping especially capillary in pores or micro-pores that form the structure absorbent. Preferably, the volume of liquid composition is sufficient to completely saturate said absorbent structure. Such an absorbent structure can be pre-impregnated with one or more active ingredients, then optionally dehydrated. Alternatively, before being brought into contact with the components contained separately in the sachet, the absorbent structure can be in direct contact with one or more components, liquid or not, and forming part of the liquid composition to be applied to the support.

The external container with flexible walls must be strong enough not to open under the effect of the pressure to be exerted on its walls to cause the opening of the bag (s) it contains.

Also, advantageously, said container and the bag are closed according to at least a sealed edge, the pressure resistance of the sealed edge of the container being significantly higher than the pressure resistance of the sealed edge of the bag (s).

Therefore, the contacting of said elements inside the container takes place by rupture of at least one edge of the bag, in response to the pressure exerted on the bag via the flexible walls of the container.

Generally, the or the sachets consist of at least one sheet, the edges are welded or glued. In case such a bag is formed of a single sheet, the latter is folded back on itself, and the edges, facing one of the other, are sealed. Such a sheet may consist of a layer of suitable material, for example thermoplastic, or formed by a sheet multi-layered complex. The nature of the material forming such a bag can be variable, depending on the nature of the product it contains.

Preferably, the or the bags are formed by two superimposed sheets, by rectangular examples, sealed together around their entire periphery.

Advantageously, the bag (s) is (are) produced from a film thermoplastic, at least one of the sealing edges being able to open, in response to said pressure exerted via the flexible walls of the container. To this end, the width of one of the sealing edges may be less than the width of the sealing of the other edges. Alternatively, it is possible to carry out this sealing, openwork, for example by producing an embossed structure.

According to one embodiment, the container has a detachable portion allowing it to be opened and allowing said absorbent structure to be removed, impregnated with one or more liquid components.

According to yet another embodiment, the container has an opening, reversibly closed, with a self-adhesive label that the user remove to open the container, and reposition after use, to close the recipient.

Advantageously, the external container can be produced from at least one sheet made up of at least one thermoplastic layer. Preferably, the sheet is produced in a multilayer complex, for example of the thermoplastic / metal / thermoplastic or polyethylene terephthalate / polyethylene / ceramic / polyethylene (PET / PE / SiO x / PE) type. The production of this container can be carried out in a similar manner to the production of the sachet, by heat-sealing the edges. The sheet can be transparent or translucent, allowing the elements packaged in the container to be viewed.

According to an interesting aspect of the invention, the external container comprises a body the dimension of which is clearly greater than the dimension of the bag (s) it contains. It has, advantageously, a flexibility such that, after opening of the bag (s), manual mixing of the product from the sachet with absorbent structure, can be made by the user. this is important, when the product (s) initially contained in the sachet (s) has a high viscosity.

De préférence, cette couche présente une épaisseur relativement faible, par exemple une épaisseur allant d'environ 0,1 mm à environ 3 mm.Advantageously, such an absorbent structure consists of at least one layer formed from natural or synthetic fibers, woven or non-woven, or from cell foam open or semi-open or felt. Preferably, this layer has a relatively small thickness, for example a thickness ranging from about 0.1 mm to about 3 mm.

Advantageously also, this layer of woven or non-woven material is formed by natural or synthetic fibers, such as cotton fibers, rayon fibers, viscose, cotton or their mixture with polypropylene fibers or polyester. In this way, one can adjust their liquid absorption power and / or their mechanical strength.

Advantageously also, the absorbent structure is cut in shape, in depending on the configuration of the medium to be treated.

To place the absorbent structure in the container, the bag can be folded so as to define at least two flaps between which is disposed said absorbent structure. This arrangement promotes the ease of opening the sachet in response to compression, as well as impregnation of the structure absorbent. The flaps of the bag can delimit two separate compartments, able to open in response to said pressure. In this case, each compartment may contain the same active ingredient with the same or different concentration, or two different assets.

When several sachets are placed in the container, they can be integral with each other, by their respective weld edges.

Advantageously, at least one of the faces of the sachet can be in contact with a element, preferably rigid, capable of promoting the opening of the bag (s), in response to said pressure.

Thus, the sachet (s) can (be) placed between two portions of a rigid or semi-rigid element, in particular in the form of a clamp. In that case, the portions of said element are deformable, in particular elastically, by so as to be able to be brought together, and to be able to provoke the opening of the bag they enclose.

If necessary, before contacting the component contained in the sachet, the absorbent structure can be impregnated with at least a cosmetically or dermo-pharmaceutically active agent, chosen from thickeners, gelling agents, surfactants, physiologically solvents compatible, water, mono- or polyalcohols; oils, pH regulators, emulsifiers; dry extracts of biological origin; collagens and their derivatives, optionally lyophilized; agents stimulating the micro-circulation of the blood in the dermis or angiogenesis, wrinkle tightening agents or vegetable proteins. This active agent can be prepreg on the absorbent structure or be arranged around it.

In a container with several sachets, we can safely package several cosmetically or dermo-pharmaceutically active components, incompatible with each other or incompatible with a liquid, pasty component or solid contained, in addition to the absorbent structure, directly in the container.

It is also conceivable to use the assembly according to the invention for the conditioning of a hair dye or a perm. In the case of a hair dye, the container may contain, in addition to the absorbent structure, color precursors, the sachet may contain a liquid oxidant.

In the case of a perm, the sachet may contain a liquid reducing agent, such as as thioglycolic acid or its derivatives, the container containing a plurality of wipes to be impregnated with the reducer. Such impregnated wipes are intended to be placed around a curler, before winding a lock of hair on this one.

It is understood that the flexible container can contain several sachets each containing a liquid component of the same nature or nature different. When the sachets contain the same component, the user can choose, itself, the concentration of active by causing the opening of a number suitable of sachets. This can be done from the start, during the first use, or gradually during use, for example for increase the concentration of active during a treatment cycle. In this last case, a plurality of wipes is disposed in the container.

When several sachets contain components of a different nature and incompatible with each other, the mixture of these components, obtained by kneading of the external container by the user, can be brought into contact with the structure absorbent. Thus, a mask can be impregnated, at the same time, with a vitamin and a moisturizing active ingredient, which would neutralize in the long term, if they were packaged together in the same volume.

The processing unit which has just been described can be used for the application of a product resulting from the contacting of several elements of the kind of those mentioned above, in particular for the treatment of human skin and her appendages.

Other objects of the invention will appear in detail on reading the description which will follow of several embodiments of the invention, given by way of purely illustrative and in no way limitative examples, represented on the attached drawings.

In these figures, the identical parts or playing a similar role, bear the same reference numbers.

Referring to Figure 1, we see a processing unit 1, according to a first embodiment of the invention, designated as a whole by the reference 1. During the description of the various figures describing other modes of achievements, the detailed description of the parts already described with reference to previous figures, will not be repeated.

The assembly 1 comprises an external container 2, in the form of a flexible sachet. The outer container 2 is formed by two flexible sheets 3a, 3b superimposed, substantially rectangular in shape. These sheets are sealed on along their respective edges 2a - 2d, for example by heat sealing, of so as to form a sealed bag.

The sheets 3a and 3b are flexible, and each consisting of a layer thermoplastic, or a complex with several thermoplastic layers, comprising, where appropriate, a metallic layer, such as an aluminum film. The choice of these sheets depends on the chemical nature of the elements placed in said container.

Inside the outer container 2, two elements A and B are conditioned. According to the embodiment considered, the element A consists of a wipe absorbent in a woven or non-woven material. Wipe A is suitable for impregnated with a more or less viscous liquid. Wipe A can be pre-impregnated, in addition, a cosmetic or dermatological active ingredient or an excipient cosmetically or dermo-pharmaceutically acceptable.

Element B is liquid and packaged in a bag 4, which bag is placed freely in the container 2. The sachet 4, of dimension considerably smaller than the dimension of the outer container 2, is formed of two flexible sheets, deformable, the sealing of which is ensured by sealing the edges 4a-4d. These sheets are made of a mono- or multi-layer material, chosen according to of the nature of liquid B, to ensure the best storage conditions. At least one of the edge seals 4a-4d has resistance to internal pressure of the sachet, lower than the internal pressure resistance of the container for sealing the edges 2a-2d of the outer container 2. For this purpose, this (or these) edge (s) 4a-4d is (are) produced by a weld line of least width, or by an embossed or ribbed weld strip.

The manufacturing of the assembly 1 can be carried out as follows: two sheets 3a, 3b superimposed by thermal welding of the edges 2a, 2c and 2d. Through the open bottom (2b), after having turned the assembly over, the elements are introduced A and B, which can be done, if necessary, under partial vacuum or in the presence of a inert protective gas. It is understood that other modes of manufacture suitable can be used.

The manufacture of the bag 4 can be carried out continuously, for example using a sheath, filled with liquid B to be conditioned. By transverse pinching of the sheath, followed by thermal welding through the product stream, we conditions a succession of compartments aligned with each other (see also fig. 7). It is then enough to section these compartments in the zone median 5 of each sealing line to obtain separate 4 ready bags to be packaged in container 2.

Avantageusement, le récipient extérieur 2 peut être réalisé en un matériau transparent ou translucide, permettant à l'utilisateur de repérer la position du (ou des) sachet(s) 4.Advantageously, the outer container 2 can be made of a material transparent or translucent, allowing the user to identify the position of the (or bag (s) 4.

When the user wishes to apply the product, he compresses the sachet 4 between the thumb and forefinger, through the flexible wall of the outer container 2, so to separate a sealing zone from the bag 4. Generally, the opening of the bag 4 is accompanied by an audible click noise, which constitutes a acoustic indicator of the release of component B. By kneading the outer container 2, the user can, if necessary, perfect the impregnation homogeneous of element A by liquid B. After opening the external container, for example using scissors or by tearing a pre-weakened line 10, impregnated element A can be taken out of the external container and applied to the desired location. Advantageously, the pre-weakened line leads to a notch 11 facilitating the opening of the outer container.

Appropriately shaped openings are provided for the eyes, nose and mouth. This mask can be pre-impregnated with gelling agents and / or other active ingredients, then dehydrated. It is possible to treat said mask so that it can become adhesive, after contacting with the component B. By successive folding, the mask takes on a dimension allowing insert it into container 2.

When brought into contact with component B, the mask re-hydrates and permeates the active ingredients contained in sachet 4. It is understood that several 4 sachets can be placed in the container, which sachets contain identical components or different components.

Figure 3 shows, similarly to the embodiment of Figure 1, a container outside 2, in which is placed a wipe A, sandwiched between the two 4th flaps, 4f of a bag 4 folded in half. The plaintiff has found that a bag folded in this way is easier to open by compression than a sachet placed flat.

Figure 4 illustrates, similarly to the embodiment of Figure 1, the presence a wipe A as well as two sachets 4 in an outer container 2, of which one contains a component B and the second of which contains a component additional C. Advantageously, at least a portion of the container 2 is transparent or translucent, so that the sachet can be selected wants to evict content. Note that the outer container has a "bellows" structure, allowing to increase its interior volume and its malleability.

Having a variable number of sachets in the container is interesting from an industrial point of view, because this allows, starting from the same type sachet (and containing the same product), to obtain final products, concentration and therefore variable activity, adapted to the specific needs of the user. This allows, according to a particular mode of use, to perform a treatment cycle with progressive concentration. Indeed, periodically, by example every day, we can increase the concentration of active ingredient, by opening an additional sachet.

According to this embodiment, the outer container is obtained from a flexible sheath 17. The sheath 17 is formed of a sheet, for example of material thermoplastic, and welded along a longitudinal weld line 2a. The sheath 17 has two opposite ends 18 and 19, obtained by welding transverse 2c, 2d, to form the bottom and the top of the outer container 2.

Cet ensemble permet d'obtenir, après ouverture du sachet 4, l'imprégnation de la lingette A2 par un mélange formé « in situ » par les composantes A1 et B.Inside, the outer container 2 contains a sachet 4 containing a first liquid B and an absorbent wipe A 2 The outer container 2 also contains a second liquid A 1 , in which the sachet 4 and the wipe "bathe" A 2 . This assembly makes it possible to obtain, after opening the bag 4, the impregnation of the wipe A 2 by a mixture formed "in situ" by the components A 1 and B.

Pour préserver les lingettes restantes, il referme alors l'ouverture 34 en recollant l'étiquette sur les bords de celle-ci.FIG. 6 represents an assembly 1 comprising in an external container 2, a plurality of absorbent wipes A 2 , and a bag 4 filled with a liquid B. By compressing the external container 2, the bag 4 is taken between the two flaps 30a , 30b of a clamp 30, made of a rigid or semi-rigid material. By compressing these two flaps 30a, 30b of the clamp, the pressure exerted is distributed over the entire surface of the sachet, thus facilitating the opening of the latter and promoting the flow of liquid B on the wipes. The container 2 is provided with an opening 34, hermetically closed by a self-adhesive label 32, in a removable manner. Due to its self-adhesive properties, the reclosure of the opening 34 can be ensured. Thus, after opening the bag 4 and impregnating the wipes A 2 with the liquid B, by gripping a gripping portion 36 of the label 32, the user can remove the label and extract from the container 2 a wipe ready for employment. To preserve the remaining wipes, he then closes the opening 34 by gluing the label on the edges thereof.

Figure 7 shows a perspective view of a plurality of sachets in solidarity with each other. The liquid in each sachet can be variable as to its nature and as to its concentration.

The invention allows great freedom with regard to the contacting of several elements of nature, consistency, structure, solubility or respective respective compatibility, depending on application modes variables, adapted to the individual needs of the user.

  • d'imprégner une ou plusieurs structures absorbantes avec au moins un actif liquide ;
  • de mettre en contact au moins une structure absorbante pré-imprégnée avec au moins un actif liquide ;
  • d'imprégner une structure absorbante avec deux liquides non solubles l'un dans l'autre ;
  • d'imprégner une structure absorbante avec un mélange de plusieurs actifs devant être stockés séparément et mélangés juste avant leur emploi ;
  • de conditionner dans plusieurs sachets un même type d'actif à concentration variable ;
  • lors de l'imprégnation de la structure absorbante, de solubiliser une poudre dans au moins une composante liquide, laquelle poudre est stable sous forme solide et se dégrade rapidement lorsqu'elle est en solution, la poudre et le liquide étant disposés séparément chacun dans un sachet. Alternativement, la poudre est disposée avec la structure absorbante directement dans le récipient et le liquide. est disposé dans un sachet. Inversement, il est possible de disposer la poudre dans un sachet et de conditionner le liquide avec la structure absorbante dans le récipient ;
Thus, the invention, in its various embodiments, allows in particular, and this in an economically advantageous manner:
  • impregnating one or more absorbent structures with at least one liquid active ingredient;
  • bringing at least one prepreg absorbent structure into contact with at least one liquid active ingredient;
  • impregnating an absorbent structure with two liquids which are not soluble in each other;
  • impregnating an absorbent structure with a mixture of several active ingredients which must be stored separately and mixed just before their use;
  • to package in several sachets the same type of active ingredient with variable concentration;
  • during the impregnation of the absorbent structure, to dissolve a powder in at least one liquid component, which powder is stable in solid form and degrades quickly when it is in solution, the powder and the liquid being disposed separately in a bag. Alternatively, the powder is placed with the absorbent structure directly in the container and the liquid. is placed in a sachet. Conversely, it is possible to place the powder in a sachet and to condition the liquid with the absorbent structure in the container;
  • to modify, during a treatment cycle, successively the concentration of one or more liquid components, each packaged in a separate sachet, the container containing a plurality of absorbent structures. Before removal of one of the absorbent structures, all of the absorbent structures arranged in the container can be impregnated with an additional component by opening at least one additional sachet.

In the foregoing detailed description, reference has been made to modes of particular realization of the invention. It is obvious that there are variations be made without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed below.
