Description
- une base présentant une ouverture et un flasque destiné à épouser la paroi de l'emballage, de préférence sa paroi supérieure, et à permettre la fixation, par exemple par collage, de la base sur l'emballage, la base étant munie d'un col fileté entourant son ouverture,
- des moyens, coopérant avec la base pour permettre une fermeture de l'emballage après sa première ouverture, ces moyens comportant un bouchon présentant une jupe extérieure munie d'au moins un filet intérieur destiné à coopérer avec le col fileté, ainsi qu'une cheminée, ou similaire, s'étendant parallèlement à la jupe.
Du côté opposé à l'emballage 2, c'est-à-dire vers le bouchon 6, le volet 22 présente une nervure 34 faisant saillie perpendiculairement au plan du volet. La hauteur de cette nervure 34 est maximale à l'opposé de la charnière film 24 et décroít lorsqu'on s'approche de celle-ci.
La ceinture d'inviolabilité 44 est reliée au bord inférieur, c'est-à-dire opposé au fond 36, de la jupe 38. La liaison est réalisée par une zone déchirable 50. La ceinture d'inviolabilité 44 représentée sur les figures 1 à 7 comporte sur sa surface intérieure un jonc 52. Celui-ci est destiné à coopérer avec la rainure périphérique 18 de manière à empêcher un dévissage du bouchon 6 après un premier vissage à fond du bouchon 6 avec sa ceinture 44 sur le col 14. Il faut donc retirer la ceinture d'inviolabilité 44 pour pouvoir dévisser le bouchon 6. Le jonc 52 et la rainure 18 sont placés de telle sorte que, lors du premier vissage du bouchon 6 sur le col 14, le jonc 52 se trouve à la hauteur de la rainure 18 lorsque la ceinture d'inviolabilité 44 vient buter contre le flasque 10.
Sur les figures 1, 6 et 7, on peut constater que l'ouverture 12 n'est pas centrée par rapport au flasque 10. Ceci permet de repérer la position de la charnière film 24 même lorsque le bouchon 6 est vissé sur la base 4. Dans le cas présent, l'ouverture 12, et donc aussi le col 14, est à équidistance des grands bords du flasque 10 mais est plus proche d'un petit bord que de l'autre. Lorsque le dispositif est alors positionné sur l'emballage, à l'emplacement destiné à le recevoir, la charnière 24 se trouve du côté d'une paroi de l'emballage.
Lorsque ce vissage est amorcé, l'extrémité libre de la seconde cheminée 42 vient au contact de la nervure 34 réalisée sur le volet 22 (figure 4). Le pontet 26 est rompu, le volet commence à pivoter autour de la charnière film 24 et les dents 32 viennent attaquer la paroi de l'emballage 2. La présence de la nervure 34 de hauteur inégale, permet d'enfoncer tout d'abord les dents 32 se trouvant à l'opposé de la charnière film 24. Un couple relativement élevé est transmis de ce fait au volet 22. Ceci facilite son ouverture.
Avantageusement, le volet 22 vient s'ouvrir contre une paroi de l'emballage. Ainsi, lorsque du liquide sort par le dispositif selon l'invention hors de l'emballage, le volet ne gêne pas le flux de liquide et les forces tendant à refermer le volet sont minimisées au cours de ce versage.
La seconde cheminée du dispositif décrit pourrait être remplacée par d'autres moyens permettant de pousser le volet vers l'intérieur de l'emballage. On pourrait ainsi remplacer cette cheminée par un ou plusieurs doigts qui transmettraient un effort axial au volet.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif permettant d'ouvrir et de fermer un emballage (2), comportant :caractérisé en ce qu'un volet (22), présentant des parties coupantes (32) sur sa face destinée à être tournée vers l'emballage, est monté pivotant dans le col entre une position initiale dans laquelle il se trouve à l'intérieur du col (14) et une position pivotée dans laquelle il est destiné à se trouver au moins partiellement à l'intérieur de l'emballage (2), etune base (4) présentant une ouverture (12) et un flasque (10) destiné à épouser la paroi de l'emballage, de préférence sa paroi supérieure, et à permettre la fixation, par exemple par collage, de la base (4) sur l'emballage (2), la base (4) étant munie d'un col (14) fileté entourant son ouverture (12),des moyens (6), coopérant avec la base pour permettre une fermeture de l'emballage (2) après sa première ouverture, ces moyens comportant un bouchon (6) présentant une jupe (38) extérieure munie d'au moins un filet (46) intérieur destiné à coopérer avec le col (14) fileté, ainsi qu'une cheminée (42), ou similaire, s'étendant parallèlement à la jupe (38),
en ce que la cheminée associée aux moyens, coopérant avec la base (4) pour permettre une fermeture de l'emballage (2) après sa première ouverture, présente un diamètre et une hauteur tels qu'un vissage complet du bouchon (6) sur le col fileté (14) permette de pousser les parties coupantes (32) du volet (22) à travers la paroi de l'emballage (2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet (22) est, dans sa position initiale, sensiblement parallèle à l'ouverture (12) du flasque (10) et les parties coupantes (32) du volet (22) sont destinées à affleurer la paroi de l'emballage (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le volet (22) comporte une nervure (34) sur sa face opposée à la face comportant les parties coupantes (32) et sur le côté opposé à l'axe de pivotement du volet, de telle sorte que lors du vissage du bouchon (6), la cheminée (42) vienne en premier lieu en contact avec la nervure (34).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le volet (22) est fixé sur la face intérieure du col de la base par un film charnière (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les parties coupantes du volet (22) sont des dents pointues (32).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la base du col fileté (14) est munie de moyens d'encliquetage (60) permettant un maintien du volet (22) dans sa position ouverte.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la jupe (38) du bouchon est munie à son extrémité libre d'une bague d'inviolabilité (44).
