Claims (27)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formkörpern, insbesondere von Faser-, Span- oder dergleichen Platten, bei dem mit Bindemittel versetzte Fasern, zellulose- oder lignozellulosehaltige Teilchen zu einem Vlies (1) gestreut und vorerwärmt werden, bevor das Vlies (1) unter Zufuhr von Wärme und Druck zu dem Formkörper verpreßt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorerwärmung des aus den vorverdichteten bzw. vorgepreßten Fasern oder dergleichen Teilchen bestehenden Vlieses (1) durch Zufuhr von Wärmeenergie vom Inneren des Vlieses (1) nach außen zur Oberfläche des Vlieses hin erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Zusatzstoff, insbesondere ein Katalysator für das in dem Vlies (1) enthaltene Bindemittel, ebenfalls vom Inneren des Vlieses (1) nach außen zur Oberfläche des Vlieses (1) hin in das Vlies (1) eingebracht wird, und/oder daß die Vorerwärmung durch Zufuhr eines erhitzten, insbesondere fluidförmigen Wärmemediums, vorteilhaft in Form von Heißluft, gesättigtem oder überhitztem Wasserdampf, erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung des Vlieses (1) zunächst zwei separate Vliese (1', 1") gestreut, vorverdichtet oder vorgepreßt werden, die jeweils so zusammengeführt werden, daß die einander zugewandten Seiten der Vliese (1', 1") das Innere und die voneinander abgewandt liegenden Seiten der Vliese (1', 1") die Ober- und die Unterseiten des Vlieses (1) bilden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhr der Wärmeenergie und gegebenenfalls das Einbringen der Zusatzstoffe insbesondere unmittelbar vor dem Zusammenführen der Vliese (1', 1") erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies (1) einen mattenförmigen Aufbau besitzt, im wesentlichen parallel zu seiner Ober- und Unterseite aufgeschnitten wird und die Wärmezufuhr sowie gegebenfalls das Einbringen des Zusatzstoffes durch die Schnittflächen hindurch sowohl in Richtung zu der Oberseite als auch zu der Unterseite des Vlieses (1) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einbringen der Zusatzstoffe in das Vlies (1) durch Eindüsen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusatzstoff in gelöster Form als Fluid, insbesondere in flüssiger Form, in das Vlies (1) eingebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusatzstoff vor und/oder gleichzeitig mit und/oder nach der Vorerwärmung des Vlieses (1) in dieses eingebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zusatzstoffe Härter, insbesondere Ammoniumchlorid, Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumnitrat und/oder Hexamethylentetramin, und/oder Ameisensäure, Maleinsäure, Zitronensäure, Schwefelsäure, Salzsäure, Aluminiumsulfat (Chlorid), Persulfat, Phosphorsäure; und/oder Hydrophobierungsmittel, wie Paraffin; und/oder Holzschutzmittel, Fungizide; und/oder Feuerschutzmittel; und/oder Formaldehydfänger, wie Harnstoff; und/oder Streckmittel; und/oder Farbstoffe verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies (1) vor der Vorerwärmung und/oder vor dem Einbringen des Zusatzstoffes vorgepreßt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Formkörpern, insbesondere von Faser-, Span- oder dergleichen Platten, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Streustation, einer Formstraße (2), einer Preßstation (5) und einer der Preßstation (5) vorgeschalteten Heizvorrichtung (13) zur Erwärmung eines von der Streustation auf die Formstraße (2) gestreuten Vlieses (1) vor Einlaufen in die Preßstation (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizvorrichtung (13) zur Zuführung von Wärme vom Inneren des Vlieses (1) nach außen zur Oberfläche des Vlieses (1) hin ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizvorrichtung (13) zur Einbringung von Zusatzstoffen, insbesondere eines Katalysators für das in dem Vlies (1) enthaltene Bindemittel, in das Vlies (1) ebenfalls vom Inneren des Vlieses (1) nach außen zur Oberfläche des Vlieses (1) hin ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine insbesondere als Schneidvorrichtung (6) ausgebildete Trennvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, mit der das Vlies (1) in zumindest zwei, insbesondere in ein unteres und ein oberes Teilvlies (11, 12) teilbar ist, und daß die Heizvorrichtung (13) im Bereich zwischen den Teilvliesen (11, 12) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennvorrichtung als Säge (6), insbesondere als Bandsäge, bevorzugt als endlose Bandsäge, ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittrichtung der Schneidvorrichtung (6) entgegen der Transportrichtung des Vlieses (1) im wesentlichen parallel zur Oberfläche der Formstraße (2) gerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennvorrichtung (6) in Transportrichtung des Vlieses (1) vor der Heizvorrichtung (13) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizvorrichtung (13) eine Heizkammer (15) umfaßt, die sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Vlieses (1) erstreckt und die in ihren den Teilvliesen (11, 12) zugewandten Bereichen jeweils insbesondere schlitzförmige Austrittsöffnungen (28) zum Abgeben von Heizmedium, insbesondere von Dampf, aus der Heizkammer (15) in das Vlies (1) sowie gegebenenfalls Zusatzaustrittsöffnungen (48, 51) zum Einbringen der Zusatzstoffe in das Vlies (1) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (28) zumindest teilweise, insbesondere über einen Sperrschieber (31), verschließbar ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (28) in ihrer Größe einstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizkammer (15) zumindest eine seitliche, inbesondere außerhalb des Vlieses (1) gelegene Zuführeinrichtung (24) zum Zuführen des Heizmediums umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Stirnseiten der Heizkammer (15) Zuführeinrichtungen (24) zum Zuführen von Heizmedium vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung vor der Heizkammer (15) eine Aufweitungsvorrichtung (16), insbesondere mit Auflaufschräge (18), zur Aufweitung des Abstandes zwischen den Teilvliesen (11, 12) angeordnet ist, und daß gegebenenfalls die Zusatzaustrittsöffnungen (48) in der Aufweitungsvorrichtung, insbesondere in der Auflaufschräge (18), ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung hinter der Heizkammer (15) eine Zusammenführungsvorrichtung (17), insbesondere mit Ablaufschräge (19), zum gleichmäßigen Zusammenführen der Teilvliese (11, 12) zu einem Gesamtvlies angeordnet ist, und daß gegebenenfalls die Zusatzaustrittsöffnungen (51) in der Zusammenführungsvorrichtung, insbesondere in der Ablaufschräge (19), ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (28) gleichzeitig die Zusatzaustrittsöffnungen (48, 51) bilden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufweitungsvorrichtung (16) und/oder die Zusammenführungsvorrichtung (17) mehrere insbesondere vollständig voneinander getrennte, bevorzugt als Hohlräume (49', 49', 50', 50") ausgebildete Abschnitte umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seitlich des Vlieses (1) im Bereich der Heizvorrichtung (13) zumindest eine für das Heizmedium undurchlässige Begrenzungseinheit, insbesondere in Form einer Führungs- und Abdichtungsblende (29), vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Begrenzungseinheit insbesondere zusammen mit dem Sperrschieber (31) verschiebbar ausgebildet ist.
