Germany). In order to obtain capsules with good weight distribution, capsule filling speed was reduced to about 75-85% of the maximum speed. Using the process parameters described above, Compound A 100 mg hard-gelatin capsules were obtained which met all the requirements, in particular the dissolution specifications.
