Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ventilschaftführung mit Zwangsschmierung. Die Ventilschaftführung bereitet besonders bei Gasmotoren Schwierigkeiten, da hier die Notlaufeigenschaft des Rußes entfällt, wie er bei der Verbrennung im Dieselmotor anfällt. Erfindungsgemäß wird daher der Ventilschaft 4 mit einer Zwangsschmierung versehen. Allgemeiner Erfindungsgedanke ist dabei die Zuführung des Schmieröls aus der Zwangsumlaufschmierung über eine Bohrung 6 im Ventilschaft, sowie eine Querbohrung 7 und eine Schmiernut 8. Die Rückführung des Schmieröls erfolgt mittels Entlastungsnut 12 und Bohrung 13 in die Ventilhaube 10. Das Eindringen von Abgas in den Schmierölkreislauf wird durch die Ringnut 14 und Kanal 15 verhindert. Die Zuführung des Schmieröls über die Bohrung 6 im Ventilschaft 4 hat besonders bei Zylinderköpfen mit mehreren Ventilen den Vorteil, daß keine Bohrungen für die Ölzufuhr in den Zylinderkopf selbst eingebracht werden müssen.

The invention relates to a valve stem guide with forced lubrication. The valve stem guide is particularly difficult for gas engines, since the soot has no emergency running properties, as is the case with combustion in a diesel engine. According to the invention, the valve stem 4 is therefore provided with forced lubrication. The general idea of the invention is the supply of the lubricating oil from the forced circulation lubrication through a bore 6 in the valve stem, as well as a transverse bore 7 and a lubrication groove 8. The lubricating oil is returned by means of relief groove 12 and bore 13 into the valve cover 10. The penetration of exhaust gas into the lubricating oil circuit is prevented by the annular groove 14 and channel 15. The supply of the lubricating oil via the bore 6 in the valve stem 4 has the advantage, particularly in the case of cylinder heads with a plurality of valves, that no holes for the oil supply have to be made in the cylinder head itself.
