Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to trouser belts integrated into the users' trousers and in particular a trouser belt for cooks called to stay near ovens and stoves for long periods.
As you might expect, a cook has a very physical activity. He is waiting therefore absolute comfort in working clothes. Much progress had been made at the level of the cook's jacket to lighten fabrics or create more shapes further. Unfortunately, nothing has been done to improve the cook's pants.
However, the cook is sometimes subjected to very high temperatures in front of the stove, which, added to the intense physical activity especially at the time of service, causes significant perspiration. The cook is therefore subject to large weight fluctuations. So, in high season, a cook who works sometimes up to 12 hours or 14 hours a day in difficult conditions can lose a lot of weight, while in the low season it is the opposite. In addition, weight fluctuations, although less significant, can occur over periods shorter times, for example 24 or 48 hours.
We know from document US-A-2,059,103 a belt comprising a band elastic sewn inside a cover strip. The assembly thus formed is gathered to change the length of the belt.
Such a belt does not allow good absorption of perspiration because its operation limits the choice of materials and because the gathered structure has a poor skin contact.
This is why the object of the invention is to provide a pants belt. for a cook who ensures real comfort for the latter, despite the sweating and the weight fluctuations that it is brought to suffer.
The object of the invention is therefore a safety belt. pants for cook working near sources of heat, comprising one or more materials making it elastic and able to absorb perspiration user for several hours.
According to a first embodiment of the invention, the belt is made of one material at a time elastic and absorbent.
According to a second embodiment of the invention, the belt consists of an incorporated elastic part in a second part in the form of a sheath constituted absorbent material.
According to a first embodiment illustrated on the
Figure 1, the
formant fourreau ou tunnel pour la partie élastique 22.In a second embodiment according to the invention,
the
The
The end of the inner
Although a self-fixing using type attachment Velcros is preferably used, it goes without saying that everything other means of attachment between the two ends of the belt could be used.
So as to avoid the folds of the
Other changes may be made to the belt without departing from the scope of the invention. So it is possible to improve the absorption qualities by incorporating absorbent material into the belt and diffusing such as activated carbon.
