The invention shown in the drawing Device is according to FIG. 1 as a connecting sleeve 1 running on one side an electric Connection cable 2 and on the opposite side has an electric heating cable 3. The connection cable 2 can be a hose line with a circular cross section be while the heating cable 3, which is not an external protective conductor braid owns, but as protective insulation Heating tape with double or reinforced insulation is expedient, flat rectangular in cross section is and inside an outer insulating jacket 4 preferably has two conductors 5, 6 which are spaced apart lie side by side.

The sleeve 1 has an approximately cup-shaped clamping cutting housing 7 on that a bottom 8 and an annular wall 9 owns. A housing cap 10 is arranged on the bottom 8, which limited a connection space 11 and with the Floor 8 expediently by a factory ultrasonic welding 12 is tightly connected. In the back wall 13 of the housing cap 10, a sealing ring 14 is integrated, through which the connection cable 2 into the connection space 11 is inserted and the connection cable 2 tight encloses so that the terminal space 11 against the outside Influences is shielded. The housing cap 10 and the Sealing ring 14 are preferably made by a two-component injection molding process manufactured.

In the bottom 8 of the clamping cutter housing 7 two Contact clamping blades 15 may be arranged, the distance to each other essentially equal to the distance of the conductors 5, 6 of the heating cable 3. The contact clamping blades 15 penetrate the bottom 8 and protrude with their cutting edge 16 in the pot-shaped space of the clamping cutting housing 7. Das the other end of the contact clamping cutters remote from the cutting edge 16 15 is designed as a connecting lug 17, which protrudes into the connection space 11 and to each an electrical conductor 18 of the connecting cable 2 preferably connected at the factory with a spot weld 19 is.

In the clamping cutting housing 7 there is a counter Twist-secured insulating piece 20 and a clamping cutting sleeve 21, the opposite of the bottom 8 Insertable into the insulating piece 20 is and with the latter to a unit at the factory axially displaceably coupled. For that is one on a base wall 24 of the clamping cutting sleeve 21 trained locking web 22 in a guide recess 23 of the insulating piece 20 mounted to be displaceable to a limited extent. In the present embodiment, the locking web 22 are pulled out about 10 to 15 mm until Lock stop 22 formed projections and a Prevent further pulling apart. In the Base wall 24 of the clamping cutting sleeve 21 is a passage 25 formed through which the heating cable 3 is pushed is. This passage 25 is essentially congruent with a channel 26, which is in the Insulating piece 20 is located. Like passage 25, so The beginning of channel 26 also initially runs in the plane of the longitudinal axis 27 of the connecting sleeve 1. Then but the channel 26 kinks at an acute angle of preferably about 20 ° to 35 ° and runs according to the graphic representation obliquely downwards. The Cross section of both the passage 25 and the Channel 26 can be flat rectangular and essentially be equal to the cross section of the heating cable 3, the End part 28 is thus positively guided in the channel 26 located.

On the base wall 24 of the clamping cutting sleeve 21, two Clamping cutters 29 may be arranged, the distance between them equal to the distance between the two contact clamping blades 15 and the distance between the two conductors 5, 6 of the heating cable is. The clamping cutting edges 29 extend essentially parallel to the locking web 22 and lie Contact clamping cutting 15 of the clamping cutting housing 7 across from. It can be seen that in the assembled End position of the cutting edge 30 opposite the clamping cutting edge 29 the cutting edge 16 of the contact clamping cutting edge 15 is offset somewhat in height and that between the two cutting edges 16, 30 there is a distance that is smaller than the thickness of the Heating cable 3. The end part 28 of the heating cable 3 is up to Stop against the bottom 8 of the clamping cutting housing 7 in the Channel 26 of the insulating piece 20 inserted.

On the opposite side of the locking web 22 The base wall 24 has the clamping cutting sleeve 21 Lamellar ring 31 on, from resilient fingers 32 is formed. The fingers 32 of the lamellar ring 31 enclose a rubber-elastic seal 33, through which the heating cable 3 is passed. Besides, is an annular groove on the circumference of the clamping cutting sleeve 21 formed in which there is preferably an O-ring trained ring seal 34 is located on the Inner surface of the clamping cutter housing 7 is tight.

Finally, the connecting sleeve 1 has one outer tubular housing part 35, which has an internal thread owns that in an external thread of the clamping cutting housing 7 engages and via the screw thread 36 thus formed is releasably connected to the clamping cutting housing 7. On one end of the housing part 35 is a funnel-shaped tapered collar 37 formed, the fingers 32 of the lamellar ring 31 when screwing onto the clamping cutting housing 7 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 27 against the Seal 33 presses. On the inside of the funnel-shaped Federal 37, a web 38 can be provided, which in one engages the gap formed between the fingers 32. The end face 39 of the collar 37 opposite The end of the housing part 35 is in the closed position the connecting sleeve 1 to one on the clamping cutting housing 7 trained shoulder 40. As the drawing also can be seen both on the housing cap 10 and 35 recessed grips also on the screw-on housing part 41 be formed so that the connecting sleeve 1 for the Assembly and disassembly can be gripped by hand can.

When assembling by the customer, the housing part is first 35 pushed onto the heating cable 3. Then the End part 28 of the heating cable 3 without any stripping or other preparatory work by the seal 33 and the passage 25 of the collet 21 into the channel 26 of the insulating piece 20 pushed to the end. The insulating piece 20 is axially as far from Clamping sleeve 21 pushed away until the projections of the Locking web 22 prevent further pushing away. Since the Channel 26 bent downwards at an acute angle the end part 28 of the heating cable 3 in the channel 26 necessarily deflected accordingly. Because the isolator 20 when inserting the heating cable 3 from the clamping cutting sleeve 21 is pushed away, there is no contact with the clamping cutting edge 29, since the latter is not initially in the channel 26 protrudes. Then the insulating piece 20 and the clamping cutting sleeve 21 in a positively guided against rotation Position inserted in the clamping cutter housing 7, with the conductors 5, 6 in the correct position too the cutting edges 16, 30. Then the housing part 35 screwed onto the clamping cutting housing 7. there slide the insulating piece 20 and the clamping cutting sleeve 21 in the clamping cutting housing 7 until the End face of the insulating piece 20 and the end part 28 of the Attach the heating cable 3 to the floor 8. During this Operation push the blades 16 of the pair of contact clamping blades 15 from above and the cutting edges 30 of the pair of clamping blades 29 from below through the removed insulation jacket 4 of the heating cable 3 through into the individual conductors 5, 6, which are essentially meandering between the pairs of cutting edges 15, 29 are trapped. This is a safe electrical Given contact with the contact clamping blades 15. The clamping cutting edges 29 support the conductors 5, 6 and thus prevent the conductors 5, 6 from evading. When screwing the housing part 35, the fingers 32 of the lamellar ring 31 from the collar 37 against the seal 33 pressed, which thereby the heating cable 3 tight encloses. The housing part 35 is expediently so far screwed on until the end face 39 on the shoulder 40 of the clamping cutter housing 7 is present. This ensures that the contact clamping blades 15 with the conductors 5, 6 are optimally electrically contacted.
