Description
- des profilés tubulaires formant l'armature de la structure à assembler;
- des couronnes aptes à coulisser et/ou à être immobilisées à volonté le long de ces profilés tubulaires, les dites couronnes étant munies d'ergots longitudinaux;
- des panneaux munis, le long d'au moins un de leurs chants destiné à être solidarisée à un profilé tubulaire, d'un profilé d'encadrement ouvert à ses deux extrémités sur une cavité longitudinale apte à l'insertion d'au moins un ergot d'une couronne.
- la Fig. 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée, avec interruptions, d'une structure (élémentaire) suivant l'invention;
- la Fig. 2 est une vue du dessus d'une couronne sur laquelle sont montés différents types de panneaux;
- les Fig. 3a à 3n sont des vues en perspective de différents modes de réalisation de couronnes du système de l'invention.
Claims (10)
- Système d'assemblage de panneaux (1) sur des profilés tubulaires (2) formant armature caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend comme éléments de base :les panneaux (1) étant munis, le long d'au moins un de leurs chants destiné à être solidarisé à un des profilés tubulaires (2), d'un profilé d'encadrement (6) en substance en U, les branches de ce U enserrant les faces de ces panneaux, le dos (8) de ce profilé d'encadrement (6) étant écarté du chant de ces panneaux (1), délimitant ainsi une cavité (10) longitudinale ouverte à ses deux extrémités, apte à l'insertion d'au moins un ergot (20, *20) d'une couronne (16, *16).des couronnes (16, *16) aptes à être immobilisées à volonté le long de ces profilés tubulaires (2), les dites couronnes (16, *16) étant munies d'ergots (20, *20) longitudinaux;
- Système d'assemblage suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'armature (2) présentent une section ronde.
- Système d'assemblage suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'armature (2) présentent une section polygonale.
- Système d'assemblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'encadrement (6) présentent une partie dorsale (8) en substance trapézoïdale.
- Système d'assemblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'encadrement (6) présentent une partie dorsale (8) en substance rectangulaire.
- Système d'assemblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'encadrement (6) présentent une partie dorsale (8) en substance hémicylindrique.
- Système d'assemblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les couronnes (16, *16) sont munies d'ergots (20, *20) en substance en forme de segments de couronne.
- Système d'assemblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que les couronnes (16, *16) sont munies d'ergots (20, *20) en substance de forme cylindrique, l'écartement de ces ergots (20, -20) sur la couronne (16, *16) étant tel que deux de ces ergots (20, *20) peuvent être insérés dans la cavité longitudinale (10) d'un profilé d'encadrement (6) d'un panneau.
- Système d'assemblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les couronnes (16, *16) comprennent deux parties, l'une destinée à être solidarisée à un profilé d'armature (2), l'autre portant les ergots (20, *20), ces deux parties étant reliées par des moyens de rappel élastiques.
- Système d'assemblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce queles profilés d'armature tubulaires (2) comprennent au moins une paire de saillies ou de rainures longitudinales (1004) opposées,les couronnes (16, *16) sont ouvertes sur au moins 120° et comprennent deux profils aptes à coopérer avec les dites saillies ou rainures (1004) pour maintenir les dites couronnes (16, *16) en contact coulissant avec les dits profilés (2).
