Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Dampf mittels heißer Prozessgase, insbesondere mittels bei der nicht katalytischen Spaltung von Kohlenwasserstoffen basierend auf der partiellen Oxidation bei hohen Drücken und hohen Temperaturen entstehenden Prozessgase, bei dem die Prozessgase zur Erzeugung von Sattdampf in einer Vielzahl von Einzelströmen mittels Rohren (3a,3b,4a,4b) durch einen mit Wasser (7) gefüllten stehenden Behälter (1) geführt und in Einzelströmen (11a, 28a) aus diesem abgezogen werden und aus dem Behälter Sattdampf (SD) abgeführt wird, sollen einfache Weise während der Dampferzeugung und unter Nutzung der Restwärme der aus dem Abhitzekessel austretenden Prozessgase die Vorteile einer Einzelabsperrung einzelner Prozessgasstränge erreichbar sein. Dazu ist vorgesehen, dass die aus dem Behälter abgezogenen Prozessgaseinzelströme (11a;28a) jeweils auf ein Rohr (13a, 14a, 15a) eines Doppelrohrwärmetauschers (12;27/12';27'; 29,30,31) geführt werden, dessen anderes Rohr (15b, 14b, 13b) mit einem anderen Fluidstrom (Wasser; Sattdampf) beaufschlagt wird, und dass zumindest das eine Rohr (13a, 14a, 15a) des Doppelrohrwärmetauschers gasausgangsseitig abgesperrt (18) werden kann.
