Claims (11)

  1. Befestigungselement (10) für ein Abgabeorgan (20) wie z.B. eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, auf dem Hals (31) eines Behälters (30), der ein abzugebendes Produkt enthält, mit einer dazwischen eingefügten Hals-Dichtung (1), die einen inneren Rand (2) und einen äußeren Rand (3) besitzt, um im Bereich des Halses (31) des Behälters (30) eine dichte Verbindung sicherzustellen, wobei das Befestigungselement (10) einen Aufnahmeteil (11) zur Aufnahme des Abgabeorgans (20) und einen Befestigungsteil (12) umfaßt, der für seine Befestigung am Hals (31) des Behälters (30) dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (10) weiterhin einen Halteteil (13) für die Aufnahme und das Halten der Hals-Dichtung (1) umfaßt, wobei die ringförmige Dichtung (1) ausschließlich in dem Halteteil (13) des Befestigungselementes (10) im Bereich ihres Innenrandes gehalten wird.
  2. Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Hals-Dichtung (1) ringförmig ist und der Halteteil (13) des Befestigungselementes (10) eine ringförmige Vertiefung (14) umfaßt, die von einer Bodenwand (15) einer äußeren Seitenwand (16) und einer inneren Seitenwand (17) gebildet wird, wobei die innere Seitenwand (17) Halteeinrichtungen umfaßt, die dazu dienen, mit dem Innenrand (2) der Hals-Dichtung (1) zusammenzuwirken, um diese fest im Inneren der Vertiefung (14) zu halten.
  3. Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die innere Seitenwand (17) der ringförmigen Vertiefung (14) mit der Bodenwand (15) einen Winkel kleiner 90° derart einschlißt, daß der Durchmesser der inneren Seitenwand (17) bezüglich der zentralen Achse des Befestigungselementes (10) veränderlich ist, wobei sie im Bereich ihres der Bodenwand (15) gegenüberliegenden Endes einen Durchmesser besitzt, der größer ist als der Durchmesser des Innenrandes (2) der Dichtung (1).
  4. Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der Unterschied (d) der Durchmesser zwischen den Enden der inneren Seitenwand (17) derart ist, daß die Dichtung (1) dann, wenn sie in der Vertiefung (14) angeordnet worden ist, nicht vorgespannt ist.
  5. Befestigungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Hals-Dichtung (1) in die Vertiefung (14) vor dem Zusammenbau des Befestigungselementes (10) eingesetzt ist.
  6. Befestigungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Befestigungsteil (12) Enfaß-, Rast- oder Schraubeinrichtungen umfaßt.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluid- oder pastenförmiges Produkt, die ein Abgabeorgan (20), wie z.B. eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil umfaßt und auf dem Hals (31) eines Behälters (30), der das abzugebende Produkt enthält, unter Zwischenfügung einer Hals-Dichtung (1) montiert ist, die dazu dient, im Bereich des Halses (31) des Behälters (30) eine dichte Verbindung sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeorgan (20) auf dem Hals (31) mit Hilfe eines Befestigungselementes (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 montiert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der das Abgabeorgan ein Dosierventil (20) und das Befestigungselement eine Kapsel (10), vorzugsweise aus Metall ist, die am Hals (31) durch Einfassen befestigt ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Befestigen eines Abgabeorgans (20) wie z.B. einer Pumpe oder eines Ventils auf dem Hals (31) eines Behälters (30), der ein abzugebendes Produkt enthält, unter Zwischenfügung einer Hals-Dichtung (1), die dazu dient, eine dichte Verbindung im Bereich des Halses (31) des Behälters sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Verfahren folgende Schritte umfaßt:
    Bereitstellen eines Befestigungselementes (10), das gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 ausgebildet ist;
    Einbau des Abgabeorgans (20) in den Aufnahmeteil (11) des Befestigungselementes (10),
    Anordnen der Hals-Dichtung (1) in dem Halteteil (13) des Befestigungselementes (10), um eine aus dem Befestigungselement und der Dichtung bestehende Baueinheit zu bilden, und
    Befestigen dieser aus dem Befestigungselement und der Dichtung bestehenden Baueinheit auf dem Hals (31) des Behälters (30) mit Hilfe des Befestigungsteils (12) des Befestigungselementes (10).
  10. ' Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, bei dem der Schritt des Einbaus des Abgabeorgans (20) in den Aufnahmeteil (11) in Abweichung nach dem Schritt des Anordnens der Hals-Dichtung (1) in dem Halteteil (13) und/oder nach dem Schritt der Befestigung der aus dem Befestigungselement und der Dichtung gebildeten Baueinheit auf dem Behälter (30) erfolgt.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bei dem das Abgabeorgan ein Dosierventil (20) ist, wobei das Befestigungselement eine Kapsel (10), vorzugsweise aus Metall, ist und die Schritte des Zusammenbauens und des Befestigens durch Einfassen realisiert werden.
