      b) second mounting means (10, 510) for fastening the said dispensing valve (2) on the said mounting device (1);
      c) a first groove (12, 512) formed between the first and second mounting means, and;
      d) locking means (16, 616) intended to be positioned in the said groove, characterized in that the locking means allow the said first mounting means to be clamped onto the said open edge by causing a bottom of the said first groove (14, 114, 212a, 212b, 314, 412b, 414, 512a) to be radially enlarged.
    2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first (6, 506; 6b, 506b; 6c, 506c) and second (10, 510) mounting means and the first groove (12, 512) are formed as a single piece (5, 505) of plastic.
    3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the said bottom is not as thick as the rest of the groove.
    4. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the locking means (116) have an annular shape, at least one portion (116a, 224) of which is of a radial thickness to, in the mounted position, collaborate with a corresponding portion (110a, 226) of the first and second mounting means.
    5. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the locking means (116) further comprise an annular element (116b, 116c) for improving the clamping of the said first mounting means (10, 510) on the said open edge.
    6. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the first mounting means (10, 510) form a second open groove (6, 6b, 6c, 506, 506b, 506c) opposite the first, so as to grip the open edge (8) of the container.
    7. Device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the first mounting means are positioned between the said open edge (8) of the container and the said annular element (116b, 116c) of the locking means.
    8. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that means (24a, 24b, 26a, 26b) are provided for locking the locking means (16, 516) in the said first groove.
    9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking means (16, 116) form a profile (16a, 16b; 116a) which encourages the said locking means to enter the said groove (12, 112).
    10. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking means (16, 516) are made of plastic or of metal (616).
    11. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the said first mounting means are intended to be screwed onto the said open edge of the container.
    12. Device according to any one of Claims 2 to 11, characterized in that the said piece (5, 505) is made of polyacetal, and preferably of polyoxymethylene (POM).
    13. Dispenser (3) comprising a container (4) containing a product (P) pressurized by means of a propellant means (G) and to be dispensed by actuating a dispensing valve (2) mounted on an open edge (8) of the container (4), the valve (2) being equipped with actuating and dispensing means (18, 20), characterized in that the valve is mounted on the container by means of a mounting device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims.
    14. Dispenser according to Claim 13, characterized in that the open edge (8) of the container is shaped in the form of a rolled neck (50, 60) rolled outwards or inwards, or in the shape of a threaded edge (80).
    15. Dispenser according to Claim 13 or 14, characterized in that the valve (2) comprises a body made of an elastomeric material.
