Abstract

The height-adjustment has two spaced apart feet (2,3) each of which has an inner pipe (6a,b) telescopically movable in an other pipe (5a,b). A frame (4) connects the feet. A drive mechanism from a power source (17) has a deflector (10,11,14,15,16) for the lifting force along the connecting frame. At least two rotary drive elements (19) have their axes crosswise to the connecting frame. The two rotary drive elements are each joined to the top end of one inner pipe of one foot, and to the bottom end of one inner pipe of a foot.
