Abstract

The invention relates to a rotor (1) for a reducing machine. According to the invention, the protective caps (6.1) covering the outer plates (3.1) of the rotor (1) are decoupled from the forces of the hammer axles (5) and from the forces exerted directly on the outer protective caps (6.1) by the hammers. The outer protective caps (6.1) which are exposed to the lateral forces of the hammers (4) encompass the outer edge of each of the plates (3.1) with a web (6.2) and encompass each of the inner steps (3.2) of the plate (3.1) with a projection (6.5) in the shape of a ring segment. At the same time, these outer protective caps (3.1) are mounted on the plate (3.1) with a positive fit by means of a connecting element (9) such as a hexagon socket screw. The outer protective caps (3.1) which are adjacent to the inner protective caps (6) are fixed to the outer plate (3.1) with a non-positive fit, also by means of connecting elements (9) such as hexagon socket screws (3.1). A locking dog (8) which is also fixed directly to the plate (3.1) secures and limits the axial position of the respective hammer axle (5) in the plate (3.1).

Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

According to the preamble of claim 1, the invention relates to a rotor for a Shredding machine, which consists of several disks rotatably attached to a shaft, from rotatable hammers distributed between these and the rotor against Protective caps covering wear exist.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Such rotors were already known from DE 26 05 751 A1 and finally developed further into a wear part system according to DE 43 43 801 A1.
When the protective caps covering the rotor against wear are considered in a differentiated manner, the external protective caps, which cover the outer disks of the rotor, are of particular importance in the system of the rotor as a tool and at the same time a system of the shredding machine to be protected.
Although the outer protective caps are initially to be classified as inactive wear parts, like the other protective caps, they have to perform additional functions as a result of specifically acting forces.
So far, the outer protective caps were held loosely only against the centrifugal force and against radially directed forces acting from outside via the hammer axis. A previously used, so-called closure piece attached to the outer pane secured the position of the hammer axis and at the same time covered the web of the protective cap which overlaps the pane. Although this constructive solution generally withstood the requirements of practice in the shredding process, there were problems due to the moments of force acting simultaneously on the closure piece and the cap from the hammer and the hammer axis, which ultimately did not preclude relatively costly damage.

Die GB 2 143 748 A2 offenbart einen Rotor für eine Zerkleinerungsmaschine mit mehreren auf einer Welle drehfest aufgesteckten Scheiben und zwischen diesen verteilt angeordneten Hämmern, die auf parallel-exzentrisch zu der Welle durch die Scheiben geführte Hammerachsen drehbeweglich gelagert sind, und zumindest die dem sekundären Verschleiß ausgesetzten Teile des Rotors mit kreisbogenförmigen Teilen abdeckenden Schutzkappen, die mit ihrer Lagernabe zwischen den Scheiben befestigt sind, wobei der Rotor durch die Schutzkappen mit ihren kreisbogensegmentförmigen Teilen einen im wesentlichen walzenförmigen Mantel mit gewünscht versetzt zueinander angeordneten Durchbrüchen zum Durchschwingen der Hämmer bildet, wobei die äußeren Schutzkappen von den Kräften der Hämmer und der Hammerachsen entkoppelt sind, und wobei ein an der Endscheibe direkt befestigtes Verschlußstück die axiale Lage der jeweiligen Hammerachse in der Endscheibe begrenzt und sichert.GB 2 143 748 A2 discloses a rotor for a shredding machine with several on a shaft rotatably attached disks and arranged between them Hammering which is guided through the disks parallel to eccentric to the shaft Hammer axes are rotatably mounted, and at least the secondary wear exposed parts of the rotor with protective caps covering circular arc-shaped parts are attached with their bearing hub between the disks, the rotor through the Protective caps with their circular segment-shaped parts essentially one drum-shaped jacket with openings arranged offset to one another to Swinging through the hammers forms, with the outer protective caps from the forces of the Hammers and the hammer axes are decoupled, and being one at the end plate directly fastened locking piece the axial position of the respective hammer axis in the end plate limits and secures.

In addition, US 42 22 530 shows that covering the outer discs of the rotor Caps from the forces of the hammers and hammer axes and from those by Hammers are decoupled forces directly applied to the outer protective caps, the Protective caps encompass the pane and attach it by means of at least one connecting element the disc are non-positively attached.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention has for its object to a rotor for a shredding machine create with several disks that are fixed on a shaft and between them distributed hammers arranged on parallel eccentric to the shaft through the discs guided hammer axes are rotatably mounted, and at least the secondary Parts of the rotor exposed to wear with their circular segment-shaped part protective caps that exist with their bearing hubs between the washers said hammer axes are attached, the rotor through the protective caps with their circular segment-shaped parts with a substantially cylindrical shell Desired offset openings to swing through the Forms hammers, with the outer caps by the forces of the hammers and Hammer axes are decoupled, one directly attached to the end plate Breech piece limits the axial position of the respective hammer axis in the end plate and secures and the attachment of the outer protective caps to the washers on a material-saving and cost-effective way is realized.

This task is performed in the generic rotor by the features of the characteristic of Claim 1 solved. The protective caps covering the outer discs of the rotor are thereby from the forces of the hammer axles and from those through the hammers directly onto the external protective cap forces in contrast to the state of the art US 42 22 530 decouples that the exposed to the side forces of the hammers Protective caps both the outer edge of the panes with their respective web as well grasp a shoulder of the disc via a ring segment-shaped projection and at the same time by means of at least one connecting element such as an Allen screw on the pane are positively attached. On the other hand, they are on the inner protective caps bordering outer protective caps by means of at least one connecting element such as Allen screw non-positively attached to the outer disc. It secures and limits the axial position of the respective also fastened to the disc Hammer axis in the disc.

It is achieved in the sense of the task that the side forces of the hammers exposed outer protective caps from the previously additional forces of the hammer axes are exempt and receive a secure, positive connection. The hammer axes are secured only by the locking pieces. The ones lying against the inner protective caps outer protective caps, in which there is no significant influence on the internal force Protective cap to the outer protective cap is present, have sufficient non-positive Connection.

Surprisingly, it has been shown that this force decoupling, which has been further developed according to the invention both constructive and technological advantages at the manufacturer as well technological advantages for the operator and an unbreakable solution as a whole.

The advantages also lie in the fact that in the storage of those designed according to the invention Spare and exchange parts and with the resulting optimizable maintenance intervals costly current stocks can be reduced.

These advantageous effects support the further features according to the invention if the webs of the outer protective caps to maintain a practically flat outer surface of the panes Have recesses which at least partially encompass the closure pieces. This is further perfected by the fact that the webs and closure pieces in their Contour-like recesses on the outside of the pane are recessed to none protruding parts to form. This corresponding training becomes technological Favorably achieved in that a further disc is attached to a flat disc has peripheral contours that essentially the tangent contours of the webs and follow the locking pieces, these contours forming omissions to the first disc, in which the closure pieces and the webs form a practically flat surface are.

For the wear-intensive operation of the rotor, it is useful if the positive Attach the webs of the protective caps exposed to the side forces of the hammers to the Washer by means of fasteners such as Allen screws so that this with their Heads sit on the threaded holes in the washer, between the respective Head and its flange-like approach and the correspondingly offset hole in the web there is a game.

On the other hand, the webs are non-positively attached to the inner protective caps adjacent protective caps by means of fastening elements such as Allen screws each flange-like approach of the head in the correspondingly stepped bore.

To the fasteners such as Allen screws on the inside before through the To protect deformations caused by the wear process, connecting elements are used on this side used, primarily hat-shaped nuts, positive or non-positive secured, the hat surface forms a plane with the inner surface of the disc.

The features according to the invention represent in their combined complexity and functional fused unit represents a rotor that has a clear quality advantage in terms of its construction as well as its technological manufacture and application.

The invention is explained below in an exemplary embodiment.

Bester Weg zur Ausführung der ErfindungBest way to carry out the invention

1 and 2, a rotor 1 for a hammer crusher is shown, which essentially consists of a plurality of disks 3 mounted non-rotatably on a shaft 2 and of hammers 4 distributed between them. The hammers 4 are rotatably mounted on hammer axes 5 which are guided parallel to the shaft 2 through the disks 3. At least the parts of the rotor that are exposed to secondary wear are covered with the circular segments 6.4 of the protective caps 6. These parts 6.4 form an essentially roller-shaped casing 7 with openings 7.1 which are arranged in a staggered manner to swing the hammers 4.
According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the end caps 3.1 of the rotor 1 covering edge protection caps 6.1 are decoupled from the forces of the hammers 4 and the hammer axes 5 and from the forces introduced by the hammers 4 directly onto the edge protection caps 6.1. The edge protection caps 6.1 are fastened directly to the end plates 3.1 by means of the webs 6.2 encompassing the outer edge of the end plates 3.1. The respective web 6.2 has a cutout 6.3 (FIGS. 2, 3 and 4) which partially includes a closure piece 8 which is also directly attached to the end plate 3.1 (FIG. 2) and which defines the axial position of the respective hammer axis 5 in the end plate 3.1 limits and secures.

Dazu besteht zwischen dem Kopf sowie dessen flanschartigen Ansatz und der entsprechend abgesetzten Bohrung im Steg 6.2 ein Spiel.3a, b is the edge protection cap exposed to the lateral forces of the hammers 4 6.1 on a ring segment-shaped projection 6.5, which in a paragraph 3.2 of the end plate 3.1 engages, and by means of at least one Allen screw as a connecting element 10, which with her head sits on the threaded hole in the end plate 3.1, positively connected. There is between the head and its flange-like approach and the corresponding stepped hole in the bridge 6.2 a game.

In contrast, according to FIGS. 4a, b, the border on the relevant inner protective cap 6 Edge protection cap 6.1 with its web 6.2 non-positively on the end plate 3.1 attached at least one Allen screw as a connecting element 10, the therefore with its flange-like approach to the head in the correspondingly stepped bore sits in the bridge 6.2.

To avoid disturbing deformations of the Allen screws as connecting elements 10 engage them in FIG. 5 in hat-shaped nuts as fastening elements 9, which by the other side inserted in the end plate 3.1 and positively or non-positively are secured.

A technologically favorable embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 provides that 3.1 a cover plate 3.3 is connected, which is visible in FIG. 2, the contours of the webs 6.2 and the closure pieces 8 follows, which are thus formed in relation to the end plate 3.1 Recesses the locking pieces 8 and the webs 6.2 are embedded that a practical flat surface without protruding parts.

    Claims (9)

    1. A rotor (1) for a size-reduction machine with several disks (3) mounted torsion-resistant on a shaft (2) and hammers (4) arranged distributed between the latter, said hammers being mounted capable of rotary motion on hammer axles (5) passed through the discs (3) parallel-eccentric to the shaft (2), and protective caps (6) which cover, with parts (6.4) in the shape of a circular-arc segment, at least the parts of the rotor (1) subject to secondary wear, said protective caps being fixed with their bearing hub between the discs (3) on said hammer axles (5), whereby the rotor (1), by means of the protective caps (6) with their parts (6.4) in the shape of a circular-arc segment, forms an essentially cylindrical jacket (7) with openings, arranged offset with respect to one another as desired, for the swinging-through of the hammers (4), and a locking piece (8) fixed directly to the end disk (3.1) secures the axial position of the respective hammer axle (5) in the end disk (3.1),
      characterised in that
      a) the edge-protection caps (6.1) covering the end disks (3.1) of the rotor are decoupled from the forces of the hammers (4) and the hammer axles (5) and from the forces introduced by the hammers (4) directly onto the edge-protection caps (6.1),
      b) the edge-protection caps (6.1) subjected to the transverse forces of the hammers (4) are fixed to the end disk (3.1) in a keyed manner by means of webs (6.2) externally encompassing the outer edge of the end disks (3.1) and by a projection (6.5) in the shape of a circular segment, which engages in a shoulder (3.2) of the end disk (3.1), and by means of at least one connection element (10),
      c) in contrast, the edge-protection caps (6.1) adjacent to the inner protective caps (6) are fixed in a friction-locked manner to the end disk (3.1) by means of at least one connection element (10).
    2. The rotor according to claim 1, characterised in that the web (6.2) has a cut-out (6.3) which encompasses the locking piece (8) at least partially.
    3. The rotor according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the webs (6.2) and the locking pieces (8) are admitted into cut-outs with contours similar thereto on the outside of a cover disk (3.3) and the latter is connected to the end disk (3.1) and has peripheral contours which essentially follow the tangent contours of the webs (6.2) and the locking pieces (8) and so a plane surface without projecting parts is formed, whereby these contours to the end disk (3.1) form the cut-outs into which the locking pieces (8) and the webs (6.2) are admitted.
    4. The rotor according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the keyed fixing of the respective web (6.2) of the edge-protection caps (6.1) subjected to the lateral forces of the hammers (4) to the end disk (3.1) takes place by means of at least one connection element (10) such as a socket-head cap screw, which sits with its head on the tapped hole in the end disk (3.1), whereby play exists between the head as well as its flange-like shoulder and the correspondingly stepped hole in the web (6.2).
    5. The rotor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the friction-locked fixing of the respective web (6.2) of the edge-protection caps (6.1) adjacent to the inner protective caps (6) takes place by means of at least one connection element (10) such as a socket-head cap screw, which sits with its flange-like shoulder of the head in the correspondingly stepped hole in the web (6.2).
    6. The rotor according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the end disk (3.1) has fixing elements (9) inserted at the insides, said fixing elements protecting the connection elements (10) engaging therein against influences such as deformation.
    7. The rotor according to claim 6, characterised in that the fixing element (9) is a cap-shaped nut inserted into the end disk (3.1), the cap surface of said nut forming a plane with the inner face of the end disk (3.1).
    8. The rotor according to claim 6, characterised in that the fixing element (9) is secured in a keyed manner.
    9. The rotor according to claim 6, characterised in that the fixing element (9) is secured in a friction-locked manner.
