Claims (6)
- Procédé d'application à intervalles définis d'opérations routinières devant intervenir sur un système d'ascenseur avec une commande (12) et un système d'entretien (13) présentant au moins une mémoire d'informations (16, 18),
caractérisé par le fait que les composants matériels présentant un besoin en maintenance similaire ou les composants matériels de l'ascenseur liés par leur emplacement et/ou leur technique sont rassemblés en groupes, appelés modules (BM, TM, AM, EM, SM), un schéma d'entretien pour le système d'ascenseur spécifique au groupe est généré dans la mémoire d'informations (16) du système d'entretien, ce schéma associant des moments d'exécution de l'entretien spécifiques aux différents groupes (BM, TM, AM, EM, SM), et que le système d'entretien (13) et/ou la commande (12) reçoit des signaux de capteurs provenant des composants matériels (14) de l'ascenseur, le prochain moment d'exécution de l'entretien de ce(s) groupe(s) contenant ces composants matériels étant au moins modifié en fonction des signaux. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé par le fait que les moments d'exécution de l'entretien des modules sont modifiés via un périphérique d'introduction de données (22) ou un périphérique d'introduction de données à distance (26). - Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 2,
caractérisé par le fait que les moments d'exécution de l'entretien rapprochés dans le temps de deux modules sont rassemblés et sont enregistrés dans un moment d'exécution de l'entretien nouvellement généré. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par le fait qu'une alarme est générée par le système d'entretien (13) quand un moment d'exécution de l'entretien expire sans remise à zéro ou validation du moment d'exécution de l'entretien. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par le fait que les activités d'entretien spécifiques pour les groupes de composants matériels (BM, TM, SM, EM, AM) sont enregistrées dans une zone de mémoire (18) du système d'entretien (13). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par le fait qu'un signal d'alarme est généré quand le moment d'exécution de l'entretien actuel dépasse une date associée à un groupe, sans que celle-ci soit remise à zéro ou validée.
