Abstract
L'invention concerne des améliorations des analyses homogènes basées sur le transfert d'énergie, qui utilisent la fluorimétrie à résolution temporelle en détection. Les améliorations spécifiques concernent le type de marqueurs à base de chélates de lanthanides utilisés comme donneurs d'énergie, des accepteurs d'énergie optimisés pour des analyses définies, la façon dont le transfert d'énergie est mesuré au moyen de filtres et de fenêtres temporelles optimisés, les manières de corriger toutes les interférences possibles liées aux échantillons, l'utilisation de l'analyse pour une analyse à plusieurs composantes et la mise au point de protocoles d'analyse simplifiés.
