Abstract

A vibration plate with a sole is disclosed which enables the sole (10) to be permanently secured without difficulty by simple means. For that purpose, the sole (10) is not fastened, as in the prior art, to the bottom mass which substantially consists of the ground contact plate (1) and the vibration generator (2), but to the top mass (4) which comprises the driving motor (6).

Description

Vibrationsplatte mit Besohlung Vibrating plate with sole
The invention relates to a vibrating plate according to the preamble of claim 1.
In the known vibration plates of this type, the sole is attached to the vibrating contact plate. Because of the high accelerations occurring there, it is very problematic to design the attachment of the sole to the vibrating plate in such a way that it is structurally simple on the one hand and durable on the other hand, and it has not yet been possible to solve this problem completely satisfactorily. In addition, the soling is forcibly entrained at its fixed end by the vibrating ground contact plate, thereby causing a considerable additional dust development on a dusty surface.
The invention has for its object to provide a vibrating plate according to the introductory part of claim 1, to which the sole can be easily and permanently attached in a simple manner and does not cause any significant additional dust development in operation on dusty floors.
The above object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1.
In the vibration plate according to the invention, the sole is largely spared from vibrations at its fixed end, because the upper mass remains essentially at rest during operation of the vibration plate. The sole is therefore at its attached end much less stressed than in the known generic vibration plates, so that there are no problems in permanently attaching them easily to the vibration plate. Since the sole, in contrast to the known vibrating plates, remains practically at rest in the vertical direction at its fixed end in the case of the vibrating plate according to the invention, it does not cause any significant additional dust generation on dusty ground. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing using an exemplary embodiment.
In der Zeichnung zeigt:The drawing shows:
Fig. 1 eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vibrationsplatte in Seitenansicht, undFig. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the vibration plate according to the invention in side view, and
Fig. 2 shows the vibration plate of FIG. 1 in a view from above.
In the exemplary embodiment, the vibration exciter is a double-wave vibration exciter with two unbalanced shafts arranged parallel to one another and in a horizontal plane and extending perpendicular to the direction of travel of the vibration plate, the mutual phase position of which, in a manner not shown by the operator, can be controlled in such a way by the operator during operation of the exciter, that the vector of the directional vibration excited by them is continuously changeable between a position in which it forms a positive angle with the vertical and a position in which it forms a negative angle with it, so that the vibrating plate can be advanced as desired , can be operated on the spot and in return.
A forced advance and return of the vibration plate would also be achievable if, instead of the double-shaft vibration exciter 2, a single-shaft vibration exciter, a so-called circular oscillator, with a switchable direction of rotation of the unbalanced shaft was used.
On the ground contact plate 1 is via springs 3, e.g. Buffer made of elastic material, an upper mass 4 supported, to which a motor 6, e.g. an internal combustion engine, which belongs to the vibration exciter 1 in a manner not shown e.g. drives via a belt transmission.
The upper mass 4 has a design i want a greater weight than the lower mass consisting essentially of the ground contact plate 1 and the vibration exciter 2 and thus remains compared to the im Operation with a considerable amplitude vibrating lower mass practically at rest.
Die Vibrationsplatte gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 ist mittels einer Deichsel 7 von Hand führbar.1 and 2 can be guided by hand using a drawbar 7.
An essentially rigid sole holder 8 is detachably fastened to the upper mass 4 at its front end which leads in the forward direction, e.g. screwed by means of screws 9, which extends from the upper mass 4 to the end face in front of the ground contact plate 1 in the vicinity thereof. At the end of the sole holder 8 there is attached an end face of a sole mat 10 made of elastic material, which extends from the sole holder 8 from under the ground contact plate 1, which supports it over its length. The soling mat 10, which in the illustrated embodiment is thus fastened to its front end leading in advance of the vibrating plate, is attached to the soling holder 4 symmetrically to the vertical longitudinal center plane LM of the ground contact plate 1.
The angle α, at which the soling mat 10 extends from the fastening point on the soling holder 8 under the ground contact plate 1, is selected depending on the material properties, such as the modulus of elasticity and the thickness, so that the soling mat 10 is also pushing in the direction of travel of the vibration plate, ie here in the return from this, is taken along and remains in the extended position under the bottom contact plate 1.
