Abstract

Standard blocks of rectangular cross-section, principally of two heights (2/3,4) but of the same length and width, are glued together so that recesses are formed. The recesses face the cold side of the furnace and are filled with special insulating blocks (14,15,16,18). In addition fiber mats (17), together with plates (18,19) are placed over the gaps between the blocks to prevent convection and, in the case of mat (17) to act as a differential thermal expansion compensator. Hangers (5) are built in for roof cladding which can then be suspended by hooks (7) from a crossbeam (12).

Lining moldings for kilns are described in DE 38 41 109 A1. Such molded liners consist of refractory and / or bonded fire-resistant ceramic fibers. They are L-shaped and each made in one piece. This requires special shapes. Pairwise Assembled L-shaped molded linings result in a cold Open U-profile on the inside, into which insulating mats can be inserted.

State of the art are cuboid fire bricks for suspended ceilings. To their mounting in the ceiling assembly requires a large number of ceiling hooks and it there are numerous continuous joints. These blankets are made on the cold Side insulated with insulating mats and / or insulating concrete. The thickness of the Insulation is limited by the length of the retaining plates. It is unfavorable high weight and low thermal insulation.

DE-B-10 75 783 offenbart eine Hängerippendecke bestehend aus zwei Auskleidungsblöcken mit einander zugekehrten, waagerechten Aussparungen, in die ein Trageisen eingelegt ist.DE-B-10 75 783 discloses a hanging rib ceiling consisting of two lining blocks facing each other, horizontal recesses in which a carrying iron is inserted.

The lining blocks are inexpensive to manufacture. Leave the fittings are in stock and can then be used for special applications to be assembled into the respective lining block, be glued, for example. Fig.2) entsteht. The lining block 1 shown in Figures 2 and 3 is made of two cuboid shaped pieces 2.3 large format and from one cuboid shaped piece of 4 small format composed such glued together, for example, that an L-shaped profile (see Fig. 2) arises.

Fig.2). Die Längen I aller Formstücke 2, 3, 4 sind ebenfalls gleich (vgl. Fig.3). The thicknesses d of all fittings 2, 3, 4 are the same (see Fig. 2). The lengths I of all fittings 2, 3, 4 are also the same (see Fig. 3). The heights h of the shaped pieces 2, 3 are the same but greater than the height h 'of the shaped piece 4. The height h' is approximately half the height h. The shaped pieces 2, 3, 4 lie against each other with their large area limited by the height h or h 'and the length l without open joints, the small-sized shaped piece 4 being on the outside. The fittings 2, 3, and 4 are fire light (FL) stones with a bulk density between 0.7 and 1.3 kg / dm 3 .

Fig.1) aufweist. Between the large-area shaped pieces 2, 3 there is a metallic holding tab 5 fixed, for example glued, the large-format fittings 2. 3 protrudes upwards and a hole 6 for receiving a hanging bracket 7 (see Fig. 1). The hanging bracket 7 are exposed, so that the temperature of the Suspension bracket 7 is lowered and a correspondingly higher load capacity the material, in particular steel, from which the suspension brackets 7 are made, allows.

Fig.5).The lining block 8 shown in Figures 5 and 6 is like that Lining block 1 from fittings 2, 3, 4 in the manner described above built up. In addition, the large-format fitting 2 is on the outside attached further small-sized fitting 9, which like the fitting 4th is measured. As a result, the lining block 8 forms a T-shaped profile (see Fig. 5).

With liner blocks 1 of Figures 2 and 3, the false ceiling is after Figure 1 constructed. A cross member 12 is arranged between the supports 10, 11, over which the hanging bracket 7 are hung. Each hanging bracket 7 carries one Lining block 1 on its retaining tabs 5. One is sufficient Retaining tab 5 or a hanging bracket 7 per lining block 1, that is for three Fittings 2, 3, 4.

The lining blocks 1 are aligned in this way and along the cross member 12 pushed against each other that on one side of each lining block 1 the small-sized fittings 4 and on the other side of each Lining blocks 1 abut the large-format fittings 2. It this creates a U-profile that is open to the cold furnace side.

In das U-Profil ist ein Isolierstein 13 eingesetzt. Dieser weist ein T-förmiges Profil auf (vgl. Fig.1, Fig.4, Fig.7). An insulating block 13 is inserted into the U-profile. This has a T-shaped profile (see Fig.1, Fig.4, Fig.7). The insulating block 13 is also composed of cuboidal shaped pieces, namely the shaped pieces 14, 15, 16. The shaped pieces 14, 15, 16 are also lightweight fire bricks and have a bulk density of less than or equal to 500 kg / m 3 . The shaped pieces 14, 15 have the same thickness d as the shaped pieces 2, 3, 4. If necessary, the thicknesses can also be different. The insulating block 13 can also - like the lining block - be made in one piece.

The insulating block 13 sits with its shaped piece 14 on the front side Moldings 3 of adjacent liner blocks 1, without the Touch holding tabs 5. The fittings 15, 16 engage in the adjacent liner blocks 1 formed U-profile. For compensation different thermal expansions between the lining blocks 1 and the insulating stones 13, a fiber mat 17 is inserted into the U-profile. On the Moldings 2 of adjacent liner blocks 1 is between them Holding tabs 5 another insulating stone 18 placed, the same thickness d as the molding 14 of the insulating block 13.

A mineral fiber board or is used as cold insulation Mineral fiber mat 19 placed on the insulating stones 13, 18. This can come from have an aluminum lamination for thermal reasons.

In the suspended ceiling construction according to FIG. 4, the lining blocks 8 are Figures 5 and 6 and the insulating blocks 13 and the fiber mats 17 and the Mats or plates 19 used. In the construction according to Figure 4 encounter each the small-sized moldings 4 and 9 of the lining blocks 8 together. The insulating blocks 13 from FIGS. 7 and 8 are inserted into the U-profiles thus formed used. The adjacent T-profiles are the Lining blocks 8 and the T-profiles of the insulating blocks 13 interlocking nested.

The lining blocks 1 and 8 can be provided that they are not in one piece are made, depending on the need, from prefabricated fittings Assemble standard formats easily, especially stick together. The lining can be installed dry, without mortar. In particular, the prefabricated insulating blocks 13 or 18 and Attach the fiber mat 17 and the mat or plate 19 dry, without mortar. The hanging of the lining blocks 1, 8 by means of the hanging bracket 7 and that Insert the insulating blocks 13 and 18 and the fiber mats 17 and Mats or plates 19 is simple and therefore not special trained personnel. There is also a repair of the lining easily possible.

Due to the design described, the number of between the Lining blocks 1, 8 existing continuous joints opposite the State of the art reduced, especially halved, because the area of the hot Sides of the liner blocks are larger than in the prior art. In addition, there are 1.8 between the lining blocks open joints covered by the fiber mats 17 and the insulating blocks 13, so that there is no continuous joint in the furnace lining.

In comparison to the prior art, the number of suspension brackets required is 7 significantly reduced; namely in the embodiment of Figure 1 by 1/3 and in the embodiment of Figure 4 by 1/2.

The retaining tabs 5 remain free of the insulating stones in both versions 13, so that in connection with the hanging bracket 7 a certain mobility preserved. In addition, the holding tabs 5 can radiate heat freely, since they have no contact with the insulating stones 13. Thermal expansion of the Ceiling in the horizontal direction are easily in both versions compensated.

In the lining blocks 1, 8 shown in the exemplary embodiments the closed joints between the fittings run vertical, whereas the insulating block 13 between the shaped pieces 14, 15 and 16 existing, closed joints run horizontally. It is also possible to construct the lining blocks 1, 8 from shaped pieces in such a way that the joints run horizontally. Apart from that, it is - as above mentioned - also possible, the lining blocks and the insulating blocks individually to be made in one piece with the T-profile.
