Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Transporttrommel in Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einem Aufzug zum Verhindern des Abschmierens eines frischen Druckproduktes beim Transport desselben durch die Maschine, wobei der Aufzug auf der Mantelfläche der Transporttrommel befestigt ist und aus einem Trägermaterial mit darin befestigten fadenförmigen Stützelementen besteht.The invention relates to a transport drum in rotary printing presses with an elevator for preventing the smearing of a fresh printed product when it is being transported through the machine, the elevator being fastened on the lateral surface of the transport drum and consisting of a carrier material with thread-like supporting elements fastened therein.
Aus der DE 14 71 728 B ist eine Leit- oder Gegendruckwalze bekannt, die einen derartigen Aufzug aufweist, wobei bei der bekannten Ausführung die fadenförmigen Stützelemente senkrecht von dem Aufzug abstehen und aus einem flexiblem Polyamid ausgeführt sind. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß diese spitzen fadenförmigen Stützelemente sich in die frische Druckfarbe eingraben können und hier zu einer Beschädigung der Oberfläche führen. Auch können Farbpartikel entnommen werden, die sich in anderen Bereichen des Druckbildes störend absetzen. Ausgehend vom zuerst genannten Stand der Technik (DE 14 71 728) ist es die Aufgabe vorliegender Erfindung ein Abschmieren bzw. Nachdem das Druckprodukt die Transporttrommel verlassen hat, federn die einzelnen Stützelemente wieder in ihre Ausgangsposition zurück. Durch das Aufbringen eines farbabweisenden Materials auf die äußeren Enden der Stützelemente wird eine Übernahme von Farbpartikeln verhindert und somit auch eine Beschädigung des Druckbildes. Außerdem wird hierdurch die Auflagefläche für das Druckprodukt vergrößert, so daß ein Eindringen der Stützelemente in die Druckfarbe ebenfalls verhindert wird. B. in Schleifenform oder in Spiralform der Stützelemente ausgeführt sein. Weiterhin kann durch eine federelastische Ausbildung des Trägermaterials die Federwirkung der Stützelemente verbessert werden, so daß auch ein relativ steifes Material für die Stützelemente Verwendung finden kann. Auch hierdurch können die Stützelemente nicht nur in Umfangs- und Längsrichtung der Transporttrommel, sondern auch in radialer Richtung federn, so daß die Abwicklung der Transporttrommeln verbessert und ein Abschmieren der Druckprodukte mit Sicherheit verhindert wird.A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the support elements are designed to be resilient radially to the transport drum. Bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Schema einer Rotationsdruckmaschine wird das Druckprodukt von einem Druckzylinder 1 über drei Transporttrommeln 2, 3, 4 einem nächsten Druckzylinder 5 übergeben. Das mit einer Farbe bedruckte Druckprodukt gelangt von dem Druckzylinder 1 auf die Transporttrommel 2 und liegt hier mit der frischen Farbe nach innen auf dieser Transporttrommel auf. Danach wird es auf die Transporttrommel 3 übergeführt, so daß die frische Druckfarbe außen zu liegen kommt und gelangt dann auf die Transporttrommel 4 ebenfalls mit innenliegender frischer Druckfarbe. Von dieser wird das Druckprodukt an den nächsten Druckzylinder 5 übergeben und erhält hier die nächste Farbe aufgedruckt. Somit ist auf den Transporttrommeln 2 und 4 ein Aufzug zum Verhindern des Abschmierens der frischen Druckfarbe beim Transport der Druckprodukte durch die Maschine erforderlich. Der Aufzug wird auf der Mantelfläche der Transporttrommel befestigt und besteht aus einem Trägermaterial 6 mit darin befestigten flexiblen fadenförmigen Stützelementen 7, 8, 9.In the scheme of a rotary printing press shown in FIG. 1, the printed product is transferred from a printing cylinder 1 via three transport drums 2, 3, 4 to a next printing cylinder 5. - Transport drum (2; 4) in rotary printing presses having a covering for preventing a freshly printed product from smearing when the latter is transported through the press, the covering being fixed to the circumferential surface of the transport drum (2; 4) and consisting of a carrier material (6) and filamentary support elements (7, 8, 9) fixed in the carrier material (6),
