Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour replier les bords des découpes pour toits ouvrants de véhicules automobiles. La carrosserie comporte une tôle extérieure (1) et une tôle intérieure (3) présentant chacune un rebord saillant (2, 4) limitant la découpe du toit, le rebord de la tôle extérieure étant plus large que celui de la tôle intérieure. Un dispositif permettant de replier les bords des découpes pour toits ouvrants est caractérisé par un banc de pliage (5) servant de support pour la tôle extérieure et la tôle intérieure disposée dessus, une butée (8) située du côté de la découpe du toit et destinée au rebord de la tôle extérieure et au rebord de la tôle intérieure reposant dessus, un contre-tiroir (9) disposé au-dessus du banc de pliage et mobile à l'encontre de la butée ou du rebord et un tiroir de pliage dont les différentes parties (14, 16) peuvent se déplacer à la fois parallèlement et perpendiculairement au plan de la découpe du toit, et présentent respectivement des réglettes de pliage (19) pour bloquer et plier la section du rebord de la tôle extérieure dépassant du rebord de la tôle intérieure.
