Claims (7)

    c) remplissage du produit dans le récipient (5) ; étant donné qu'avant le détachement du récipient (5) du dispositif de dosage (1), du gaz est insufflé dans le récipient (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un anneau de chasse (13) à buses (14), concentrique par rapport au dispositif de dosage et est alors extrait par aspiration à l'aide de l'équipement d'aspiration (3, 4), conjointement à la poussière de produit (11) apparaissant lors du remplissage.

Dispositif en vue de la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 avec un dispositif de dosage (1), ayant un tube de remplissage (8) et un équipement d'aspiration se composant d'un couvercle (3), d'un tube d'aspiration (4) pour l'aspiration du gaz expulsé du récipient (5) lors du remplissage, d'un tuyau souple de gonflement (6) gonflable en vue de l'étanchéification du récipient (5) lors du remplissage, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tuyau de purge (7, 15) passe à travers le couvercle (3) de l'équipement d'aspiration et/ou à travers le tuyau souple de gonflement (6), celui-ci se prolongeant jusque dans l'extrémité inférieure du tuyau de remplissage (8) dans un anneau de chasse (13) .
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tuyau de purge (7, 15) se prolonge le long du tuyau de remplissage (8) et/ou du tuyau souple de gonflement (6).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le tuyau de purge (7, 15) débouche dans les buses (14) de l'anneau de chasse (13).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la traversée du tube de purge (7, 15) est réalisée de manière étanche aux gaz à travers le couvercle (3) et/ou à travers le tuyau souple de gonflement (6).
