Claims (11)

  1. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules à éléments à lame (11, 12) articulés entre eux, mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre en une position fermée avec les lames rapprochées entre elles et une position ouverte avec les lames écartées entre elles, ces éléments à lame (11, 12) comprenant chacun une portion à manche (11", 12") intégré caractérisée par le fait que ces parties à manche comprennent, du moins sur leurs faces externes, au moins une pièce (21, 22 ; 21a; 21b ; 21c) en matière plastique.
  2. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, où la portion à manche est métallique.
  3. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la matière plastique est un plastique mou, élastique et antidérapant.
  4. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la matière plastique est relativement rigide.
  5. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une pièce (21) est appliquée par collage sur la partie à manche respective (11", 12").
  6. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une pièce (21 ; 21a ; 21b ; 21c) est appliquée à la portion à manche (11", 12") correspondante dans une rainure (13) aménagée dessus.
  7. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une pièce (21a) possède des tétons (25) en saillie et que la portion de manche (11", 12") possède des trous passants (15) pour recevoir ces tétons.
  8. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une pièce (21b) possède des trous passants (26) et que cette pièce (21b) possède des trous filetés (17) pour recevoir des vis (27) de fixation de cette même pièce (21b).
  9. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 1, comprenant des ressorts d'écartement des manches.
  10. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'une pièce in plastique est unie à la portion de manche correspondante (11", 12") par couplage en queue d'hirondelle.
  11. Coupe-ongles et coupe-cuticules selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce (21, 22, 21a, 21b, 21c) comprend une partie en forme d'oeillet.
