Abstract

Ein Scharnier, vorzugsweise ein Möbelscharnier, besteht aus einem Scharnierarm (1), der auf einer in einem topfförmigen verschwenkbaren Scharnierteil (4) unverschieblich gelagerten Gelenkachse (3) schwenkbar gelagert und mit einer die Gelenkachse (3) überragenden Zunge (15) versehen ist, die auf einer mit einem Endbereich (9) am schwenkbaren Scharnierteil (4) gehalterten und im Schließbereich ein Schließmoment erzeugenden Blattfeder (10) gleitet. Um die Blattfeder (10) in einfacher Weise befestigen zu können, ist das festgehaltene Ende (9) der Blattfeder (10) in einen bodennahen Schlitz (8) der Seitenwand (5) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) eingesteckt. Die Blattfeder (10) faßt mit einem Durchbruch (11) einen Noppen (12) des Bodens (7) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) ein. Der Scharnierarm (1) stützt sich durch eine aus seinem eingerollten, die Gelenkachse einfassenden Ende (2) herausgebogene Zunge (15) auf dem federnden Ende (13) der Blattfeder (10) gleitend ab, das in einem Ausschnitt (14) des Bodens (7) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) liegt.

A hinge, preferably a furniture hinge, consists of a hinge arm (1) which is pivotably mounted on an articulated axis (3) which is non-displaceably mounted in a pot-shaped pivotable hinge part (4) and is provided with a tongue (15) projecting beyond the articulated axis (3), which slides on a leaf spring (10) which is held by an end region (9) on the pivotable hinge part (4) and generates a closing moment in the closing region. In order to be able to fasten the leaf spring (10) in a simple manner, the held end (9) of the leaf spring (10) is inserted into a slot (8) near the bottom of the side wall (5) of the pot-shaped hinge part (4). The leaf spring (10) surrounds with a breakthrough (11) a knob (12) of the bottom (7) of the cup-shaped hinge part (4). The hinge arm (1) is supported by a tongue (15), which is bent out of its rolled-in end (2) encompassing the hinge axis, on the resilient end (13) of the leaf spring (10), which in a cutout (14) of the bottom ( 7) of the cup-shaped hinge part (4).
