Claims (8)
- Machine de coupe transversale de rouleaux de papier et objets analogues, comprenant :caractérisée en ce que ledit appareil d'entraínement est relié de façon pivotante à deux points distincts (12a, 12b) dudit support (12), de sorte que ladite scie (3) suit une orbite composite obtenue par combinaison de deux mouvements d'entraínement distincts communiqués auxdits points (12a, 12b).une scie (3),un support (12) qui porte de façon pivotante ladite scie (3) ainsi que des éléments de transmission du mouvement de rotation à ladite scie (3),un appareil d'entraínement pour entraíner ledit support (12), qui abaisse cycliquement ladite scie (3) sur lesdits rouleaux (2) afin de les couper en tronçons,
- Machine de coupe transversale selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit appareil d'entraínement comprend :un arbre d'entraínement (10) ;un premier bras oscillant (14) dont les extrémités pivotent respectivement à un premier point (12a) dudit support (12) et à un premier point excentré (10a) dudit arbre d'entraínement (10) ;un mécanisme à manivelle (15) comportant une manivelle (17), qui pivote à un deuxième point (12b) du support (12), et un deuxième bras oscillant (16) qui pivote à un deuxième point (10b) dudit arbre d'entraínement (10).
- Machine de coupe transversale selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ledit premier bras oscillant (14) est constitué d'au moins deux parties (14a, 14b) mutuellement solidaires, des moyens étant prévus pour permettre auxdites parties de coulisser l'une par rapport à l'autre ou d'être verrouillées l'une à l'autre, pour le changement de longueur dudit premier bras oscillant (14).
- Machine de coupe transversale selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle lesdits moyens qui permettent auxdites parties (14a, 14b) dudit premier bras oscillant (14) de coulisser ou d'être verrouillées l'une par rapport à. l'autre comprennent un vérin électromécanique (18) qui effectue ledit changement de longueur après chaque affûtage de ladite scie (3) pour compenser sa réduction de diamètre.
- Machine de coupe transversale selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite manivelle (17) dudit mécanisme à manivelle (15) est formée par deux leviers (17a, 17b) coudés l'un par rapport à l'autre, des moyens étant prévus pour régler l'angle entre lesdits leviers, de sorte que la longueur de ladite manivelle est réglable.
- Procédé de coupe de rouleaux de papier et analogues en tronçons, comprenant les étapes de :caractérisé en ce que ladite orbite est obtenue par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux points distincts dudit support et par communication de mouvements d'entraínement distincts auxdits points, de sorte que l'orbite est composite.installation d'une scie rotative sur un support ;oscillation dudit support suivant une orbite, ladite orbite passant à travers ledit rouleau à couper ;
- Procédé de coupe selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la course communiquée auxdits points distincts est réglable et ladite orbite est modifiable après chaque affûtage de ladite scie.
- Procédé de coupe selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la course d'un premier et d'un deuxième points dudit support est engendrée respectivement au moyen d'un premier bras oscillant de longueur réglable et d'un mécanisme à manivelle de forme variable.
